About Us Louisiana Crawfish Time’s roots began back in 1995, while still in my senior year at USL, I co-founded Lafayette’s first crawfish “boil-n-go”.

We finally broke down and decided to spend almost $10 a pound on some crawfish to get the season started. I was very disappointed with the crawfish we received. Our table of 4 had a total of 13 pounds and we had at least 3 1/2 pounds of loose claws and empty heads. We def received the bottom of a big ice chest. Flavor was OK at best. Just would expect better from a top tier spot in southern Louisiana. Will def go somewhere else next time.

The Hostesses were very nice young ladies.
Our waitress pandered more to my boyfriend–which is not appropriate and created quite an awkward ordering/dining experience for me. She even appeared “cold” to me. Very unusual and weird…
The cup of corn and crab bisque (I’ve had BETTER, wayyyyyy better): 1.5/5 This cup is too expensive not to have much crab in the cup of bisque.
The fried catfish and fried shrimp combo. is about a 2/5 rating. The fried catfish was not too good. I did very much enjoy the shrimp!
The fries were good, too.
My bf said that the raw oysters were GREAT.
This is one-and-done for me. Beautiful building inside and out! It is a very clean establishment. There are just so many better restaurants out there, that really makes this one sub-par.

One of my favorite crawfish spots. Super consistent. 5lbs spicy with mushrooms and an onion. Chuuu don’t scratch your eyes till you wash them hands good.

This place is wonderful. So much flavor in every bite. The shrimp and catfish had just the right amount of breading and seasoning. To top it off, the Bread Pudding is some of the best I’ve ever had!!! Try this awesome restaurant out, you won’t be sorry. Our wait staff was even on point for sure.

My favorite crawfish place in Vermilion parish! It’s a must hit spot every time I visit the state! I always get 5lbs spicy ️ with mushrooms and corn but everyone else with me gets 3 or 5lbs regular. They ass jalepenos, which is a little different than other places. And of course you gotta finish it off with bread pudding! (À la mode! )

Ordered Half and half came with 1lb boiled shrimp and 2lbs boiled crawfish. I really didn’t like it. No flavor. The food tasted like it was boiled in unseasoned water and tossed in some cayenne as an after thought. Don’t see myself returning. I asked for a butter sauce. Was literally given a side cup of unseasoned butter. Was offered a house made sauce by our server it was okay. Didn’t know it was $1.99 until we received our bills.
