First time here with my family soda machine didn’t have any ice.

I really really wanted to like the pizza, however, the dough was undercooked twice. The first time we drove 10 minutes to pick up a grande pizza. Once we got home and sat down as we all started eating we realized the dough was undercooked. I called the business and the staff member directed me to the manager. The manager personally apologized and said he would personally remake the pizza and upgrade it to the largest size. My husband had to go back and pick up the pizza and bring it back home. Sadly the dough was still undercooked. The thing about dough is if it is not correctly fermented the dough wil come out raw and inedible. I understand this as I personally bake and have experience in bulk fermentation of multiple variety of breads. I can tell the pH is off and has a very highly acidic taste and smell. The pizza again was completely inedible. I cannot even hand off the pizza to someone else to enjoy. We ended up pulling the toppings off to at least get some of our money spent and made our own dough and pizza at home. The staff was great. It’s just the pizza unfortunately was not. I wish this business nothing but the best, but at this time we will not be returning.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The worst bathroom we’ve seen. Smells like a giant urinal. Definitely don’t go if you have young children. Mine refused to use them.

TV volumes were way too loud
Dead flies on the counter. Flies going in and out of the kitchen. No silverware. Employee did not speak or understand English. If it wasn’t for my son’s soccer coach buying pizza for the team, not sure that I would have visited.

Horrible service and pizza dough was not cooked completely. Lots of immature young adults working there who don’t know how to manage or provide good customer service.
Although prior experiences have been great details, great customer service is great . Do you have kids running the show. It is clear they don’t want to be there or work there since they complain to the customers how busy they are shorthanded they are or whatever issues they’re having which is not the customer’s problem.
Maybe in a year from now I’ll try them again. I will stay away for now.

Very bad customer services they told me that it was ready in 20 minutes and I get there and they tell me that it didn’t print out the order so I have to wait another 20 minutes. The girls in front always with a attitude if they don’t like there job they should fired them or put someone else’s that . The manager or the cook came up to me and apologized to me he gave me an extra large and extra stuff so for that he made it up

First time ordering, ordered on slice. The app. This pizza was not good. No sauce hardly any cheese. It was “warm” but not hot when delivered. I will not give them any of my business in the future. Big time disappointment.

It’s okay.. not too bad.. I ordered a $40 extra large pizza and it came really small. It looked like a medium -large maybe..I also ordered wings and fries but they messed up my wings order so about $60 for everything.. SO basically it DIDN’T feel worth it to be honest. I’ll stick to papa Murphy’s.

Might have just been an off day but my experience was: the reservation I made was apparently never saved, and the pizza was extremely disappointing, the tomato sauce overpowered every other flavor of the pizza to the point it only tasted like tomatoes, and the bread of the pizza was rubbery. Overall it tasted like I was eating a very low quality frozen pizza. The soda machine’s soda also had no fizz whatsoever, when I drank the soda from it I was just drinking a flat soda as if it was just like a badly flavored water. Like I said at the beginning though it may have just been an off day so try them out if you would like to.
