I usually have an amazing experience here. But this time I didn’t. I don’t know if it’s because new people started working there but I usually order the same thing every time and I at least order 3x a month here. But today I ordered the usual Cheesy Sticks and they’re delicious but this time I think I got them undercooked? I don’t even know what happened but below I’ll share a photo. The guy said he’ll give me a credit but I was hoping he’d say “we’ll get that delivered to you!” Because I had gotten the rest of the things delivered and my total came out to almost $70. Just kinda hoping for better service and also food quality.

I had an all meat extra large delivered Friday night to celebrate the end of the school year. The pizza was barely warm. It lacked cheese. It was not in a thermal delivery bag. It was dry. First time we ordered from here in a long time. It was not at all how I remembered. The location is the one on Marks.

So I ordered pizza on the phone and I asked if it could be done in an hr. They said yes, no problem. It was 4 large Pepperoni’s. Well I get there and there are only two. I hear the employee who was at register go back and look for the other two and talk with an elder employee, I think the manager, and saying where are the other two pizzas, the manager says oh I have those to someone else, the employee says but she put all four pizzas in herself and she knew they were there. He then gets an attitude with her and says well they aren’t here. She says well what do I say to which he replies well they just have to wait. She comes back very apologetic and relays the msg, (in nicer words) and says it’ll be about 20 minutes. I don’t live close to this location so I have to wait there so I ask her can you please throw in some complimentary bread sticks. She said if course I’ll ask my manager. So we wait outside and he brings out the pizza (about 30 mins later) and says here’s your pizza in the worst tone possible. To which I state so you weren’t able to include the bread sticks. He says no and at least your pizza is fresh. I tell him I know but I had to wait all this extra time so I was just asking. He said yes I know everyone has to wait and at least you got a deal on all 4 pizzas. I told him we’ll I had a coupon for that price. He says well the limit is 2, I tell him the coupon didn’t say that. He says I know but that’s something we changed it to. I said well the coupons should have changed too. He says oh well the deal expires in a month anyways. I tell him well I’ll be sure to go to another location since you don’t honor your coupons. To which he just walks away angry. This man was so rude and unapologetic for the situation and he is the manager? How? The employee who helped me was more understanding and I believe that’s why he was rude with her. Very unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day, I hope he isn’t like this with all his customers because he will certainly lose business for the company. I know he lost this customer because of his bad attitude. This location should definitely look into better management.

I ordered my Factory Special pizza and was told it would take 45 minutes. When i showed up it turns out the pizza was not even started. The cashier told me they would start it right away and now would have to wait an additional 30 min. I finally received my pizza and drove 20 minutes back home to find out they made me a combo pizza not the Factory Special. When i called and spoke to the cashier she apologized for the mixup and stated to make it right she would add my name on a list for a free pizza of my choice at my next visit for the extra wait time and screw up on my order. Here I am today trying to redeem the offer only to have a response that I am nowhere on a list. They stated the Manager could offer half off, best he can do. This upset me, so I asked for the owner who I have heard was pretty understanding when it came to his employees mistakes. Well it turns out the Manager on duty was the owner. I of course refused the 1/2 off offer and will choose to take my business elsewhere. Its the principal of it all. I grew up on this pizza and it its sad to say I will not be spending my money here anymore. I advise you check your orders and prepare for mistakes that happen often at this business.

I had purchased a fundraiser coupon booklet from my child’s school. Went to this location for dinner. The owner gets on the phone as I’m placing my order and says they don’t honor the coupon. That someone put the coupon in the fundraiser booklet without approval. Yet there are only certain participating locations on the back of the coupon.

Says open til 10. Still accepts orders online and charges your card. They are actually closed at 9? I’m out money and now have to arrange a new meal for my family after waiting til the pick up time. Super unhappy with this location. Coming back for my money and never recommending pizza factory to anyone ever again. Do not go!
