The bathrooms were nasty. The tables were nasty. They lost our order and there was only 1 order ahead of ours. We had to go back to the counter to tell them what we ordered. In fact, we handed them our receipt to make our order. We waited way too long for our food. However, once we got our food, it was good. I will also say the employees were nice. The last few times I’ve been here the service has been lacking. I believe there were 5 or 6 employees. When we left, there was not 1 employee to be seen in the store. At least 3 of them were outside. I’ve given them enough chances and I won’t be back to this store. This store used to be awesome. Not anymore.

Food was just ok. Had to go back on my hamburger. If you don’t want cheese on it, then you have to tell them. They put on automatically, which they shouldn’t. If I want cheese I will tell you. Not everyone likes or want cheese on hamburger. Plus it was very cold outside, and was just as cold inside. Didn’t feel like the heat was even on. Also all the employees but one were outside when we got there. They were smoking and laughing as if they had nothing but time to kill. It will be a while before we go back to that one.

this location i have had consistent issues with,always in drive thru. they will constantly ask customers to pull around to side and half the time there is no one behind me. their excuse is bc they are trying to affect their drive thru times which seem to be always bad. today it took 20 minutes to get my food,… i was asked to pull forward with no one behind me and the 2 cars that showed up while i was waiting for my food got their food before me. i went in to find out what was taking so long and was told they were waiting on chicken (i ordered burgers) i said i didn’t get chicken…then she finally tells me that 2 orders were apparently made wrong and they were waiting on burgers to cook… they never explained their issues/reason for why my food was taking so long but rather left me sitting outside while others were getting their food.i asked for onions and there was no onions, and the lettuce was absolutely disgusting

I waited for longer than 5 mins at drive through without anyone speaking at all. So I say hello just to be told it will be a lil bit we are doing shift changes…what a joke. Last time I came there was wood in my fries, I’ll look for a picture and add it to the review.

Wendy’s gave door dash the wrong order, so my food came to me ice cold & the receipt on the bag was from 4+ hours earlier. So I decided to go to this location myself & speak with the manager, while I was out. I spoke with the manager TIM, was very disheveled & unkempt, as were ALL the employees there. TIM looked so dirty, his uniform was filthy, he had crust around his eyes, his breath was absolutely putrid!! Completely unacceptable & VERY poor hygiene. So, I showed him my receipt & pictures of the food, because for whatever reason, ehe was acting like I was lying. TIM told me there was nothing he could do for me & I would just have to take it up with DoorDash. I said, “That’s fine.” & I simply walked out. When I tell you… This man followed my children & I all the way out the store yelling across the parking lot, “Yooo!!” & called me back over. I thought he had realized the error & was going to compensate me. He really told me with a straight face, “If y’all are HOMELESS & you need a meal, you didn’t have to lie, just be Honest.” I literally just showed him the DoorDash receipt on my phone & gave him my business card & told him I’m a Private Chef. He’s lucky to have a job. He should never have been placed in a position of management & he definitely needs more training. I’ve NEVER been treated this way any place I spent my money. I definitely won’t be back.. Ugggh

Just stopped there and had a made to order meal. It was amazing and just how I wanted. The burger was fresh along with the fries. The inside was clean and everyone was friendly. Thank you!

I got some Wendy’s coupons in the mail. Used one and they were not sure how to process it and I waited for 10 minutes to figure it out. The young lady at this Wendy’s process the coupon instantly plus she was super duper friendly/professional. I ordered 2 Dave’s Doubles & somehow they were ready in about two minutes, plus were hot and delicious. Thanks

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. For starters when we first placed our order the lady taking our order was rushing us as if she was over her day. Had I not said something she wouldn’t have let me finish. Then you have some guy who clearly not there in the head who’s walking around the cars in the drive through and that to me seemed a bit uncomfortable. Then he proceeded to go inside and rudely ask me to park in the parking lot because our order was taking too long. As we parked he just stares at me as if he wants to murder me. This place really needs to get itself in order. Wallburg normally has friendly people but not at this Wendy’s clearly

This place remains the worst. Can’t take more than 2 orders at a time, not friendly, what do you want? 2nd window, no please, no thank you, nothing that says he wasn’t raised under the building. 15 minutes and still the fries were cold and old, the sandwich was old, no straw, no sauce, no napkins in the bag. Close down, start over and let someone else buy it, you consistently suck.

I came here because Capitalism commanded it. I had to try the Krabby Meal. I was looking forward to the Krabby Meal box used in all the advertising. I knew the burger was basically just a Dave’s single and the Fries were fries. I didn’t expect much from the shake either. Even with these mild expectations I was still disappointed. If I didn’t tell you, you’d have no idea I ordered a SpongeBob branded meal. There was no branding on any of the food items, and most importantly no box. Fine, I expected they might let me down here, but food is food. Well of course you all know the story… They got my order wrong. My wife’s “Krabby Patty” had the wrong toppings and mine… Well the buns were burnt. I had to throw the bun out. It ruined any redeeming qualities of the burger. $18 for two poorly made burgers, A fry, and a Frosty. I wouldn’t have left this review if they hadn’t messed up AND burned our food. What a waste of such a promising branding opportunity…
