ordered 3 cheesy roll ups and every single one of them looked like this. Just raw shredded cheese on a tortilla. Y’all can’t just melt it??? super simple. How do you mess up shredded cheese on a tortilla???

Just wanted to share the awful food served at the Buena Vista road store this was today’s crunch wrap Supreme nothing really Supreme about it tho no meat.. 6 months ago I got a taco that was ice cold the cheese didn’t melt and even the juices were still solid that the hard shell was dry on the bottom and thats not normal. DONT EAT HERE aside from.them making you back.jp to trick the drive through timer its all bad management . Eat literally anywhere else on the road . Zaxbys McDonald’s BK churches you have options and they are all better then TACO HELL.

I ordered 2 steak chalupas, no tomatoes, spent $12.67. Steak was dark and dry, an indication of old, chalupa was tough and hard to chew which also screamed old. Never again will I patronize this location. Didn’t bother calling to complain, probably would’ve been told to return and get a fresh order, but why bother wasting my gas when my order should’ve been prepared correctly the first time. I should’ve known something when they said cash only.. ( Thus was at 4:23pm)

Parking lot and drive thru was dirty.
I got the cheez it tostada and ordered extra meat and cheese, I didn’t get it. The food was so fragile and kept breaking into pieces and was very hard to eat, they needed to include a fork and napkins with this, it’s a very messy food item. This was not worth the $6

Horrible environment. I walk in employees gossiping instead of making my food. I said my food was wrong. One of the employees looks and stares at me like I’m stupid. Going back to when I walked in didn’t get greeted till 6 minutes after as many people look at me and it was indeed dead. Shut this place down or fix people in general inside of Columbus they all majority are useless.

Paid extra for guac on my nachos and they gave me a DROP of guac lol. And who I’m assuming is the manager, spent the whole time yelling at her employees. Impossible to get personal service for multiple of us waiting in line for wrong orders. And no Napkins
