Outstanding experience — Jessica deserves special recognition!
From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The breakfast/brunch dishes were generous and delicious, with perfectly cooked potatoes, fresh ingredients, and rich, satisfying flavors. The drink was smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
However, what truly made this visit exceptional was our server, Jessica. She was attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checked on us consistently without being intrusive, and created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Her attention to detail and kindness truly elevated the entire dining experience.
Jessica is the kind of employee who represents this restaurant at its best. Management should be very proud to have her — she is a standout and the main reason we will be returning and recommending this place to others.

First time at First Watch and I was very impressed.
I ordered the Chickichanga and it was outstanding. Perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with eggs, chicken, chorizo, green chiles, and melted cheddar inside. The jalapeño cream sauce added just the right kick without overpowering the dish.
The portion was generous and very filling — especially for a late first meal of the day. The seasoned potatoes were actually crispy (which is rare at most breakfast spots), and even the fresh fruit tasted fresh and high quality.
What really made the experience even better was our waitress, Mayra. She was phenomenal — attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being intrusive. Service like that makes a place memorable.

Had a great experience at First Watch on Aloma Ave. Jamal provided good, attentive service and kept things moving smoothly. The food was decent and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was happy and welcoming.

Had brunch here on Father’s day just my fiancé and I and luckily this was one of the only places that had no wait that day, mainly I think due to its location. Yet that did not mean it was not a great location, everything was new, the menu and setup was different but the food was amazing. We ordered The Strawberry Tres Leches French toast, I had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and we got the Million Dollar bacon and the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread. Oh my god that cornbread was incredible it had a nice lemon butter on top which did it for me, and of course the million dollar bacon was amazing. The french toast was good it was just more strawberry than anything, we were hoping for a little more flavor of the dulce de leche, but it was good nonetheless, yet the lemon ricotta pancakes you can never go wrong with, and a nice size as well. All in all, First Watch is almost always a good choice and highly recommended, quick and efficient and this location was definitely that.

If you’re around Winter Park area, I would recommend some local favorites breakfast store it’s called “Peach Valley”. This time we went to First watch instead and it didn’t disappoint us as usual. I bet most of you guys have seen/had first watch before. Their food is always in good quality and good presentation. We ordered a blueberries corn bread with lemon buttercream, BLT sandwich, kids Belgian waffle and the WORK omelette and I ordered an unsweetened tea with no ice with two pumps of blackberry syrup and lemon wedges it came out perfect!!!
Everything was so good, especially the seasonal corn bread, they have some seasonal food and drinks on that menu, definitely give it a try. The staff were great, food were great, the atmosphere was nice. Nothing to complain about.
