I was so excited for this place to open! Ducks are my favorite animal! So when I heard that there was a place called “Duck Donuts” I knew I had to come and check it out! For my first time here it was amazing! I wore my duck shirt, duck hat, duck socks, and duck bag! (I have many duck theme things and many rubber ducks) But my experience at Duck Donuts was Quack-Tacular! The donuts tasted really good and the strawberry lemonade was so refreshing! Plus the employees were really nice and they complimented my duck outfit! I also was able to get even more duck things, a t-shirt and a rubber duck! Now it will go perfectly with my duck bag! Overall Duck Donuts is Duck-Tastic and I love it! I will definitely be coming to Duck Donuts from now on whenever I want donuts! Thank you Duck Donuts for this wonderful experience!

First time trying Duck Donuts, and it was amazing! Even though it’s only been open a week, it was still packed, but every crew member was locked in, hustling to get fresh donuts out.
When we received our donuts, they were still hot, which is always a good sign — and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. My fiancée had the Bacon in the Sun, and it was like eating breakfast bacon and pancakes at the same time. The syrup was perfectly gooey and sweet, and the bacon added just the right salty contrast.
I went for the Chocolate Caramel Cookie. As someone with a serious sweet tooth, this one hit the spot. The chocolate icing was hot and gooey, the white chocolate crumbles were melting just right, and the salted caramel added that “mmmhmm” moment.
Word of advice: bring a napkin (or a few) — both donuts are messy, in the best way. And honestly… milk would have been a perfect pairing.

Update: After posting my original review, the owners reached out to me directly and made the situation right. I really appreciate the way they handled it. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the overall experience people have at their store. Taking the time to respond and address the issue says a lot about their commitment to good customer service.

We still love Duck Donuts for the creativity, the variety of flavors, and the fun experience my wife and I have building our own donut combinations. The donuts themselves have always been fresh, warm, and delicious. Knowing that the owners are attentive and willing to step in when something goes wrong makes a big difference and shows they stand behind their business.
My wife and I genuinely love Duck Donuts. The variety of donuts and the ability to create custom flavor combinations are two of our favorite things to do together. Every visit feels fun and creative, and the donuts are always fresh, warm, and delicious.
However, we’ve had a recurring issue that really took away from the experience. On two separate occasions, the outside of the box was messy with frosting. One time, frosting on the side of the box transferred onto my car, and another time it ended up staining my wife’s pants. The frosting didn’t leak from inside the box; it was residue on the exterior, which made it especially frustrating. While we still enjoy Duck Donuts and the product itself, this repeated cleanliness issue has cost them major points with us. A little more attention to handling and packaging would go a long way.

However, when my custom half dozen was shown to me, the maple bacon donuts were missing the bacon. After I mentioned it, the box was taken back, but when it returned a few minutes later, the bacon still didn’t look fully cooked. I voiced the concern, and although the staff apologized, the donuts were still boxed and handed over.
Unfortunately, later that night my youngest and I experienced upset stomachs—and we were the only ones who ate the maple bacon donuts.
I kindly ask that more care be taken to ensure the bacon is properly crisped and thoroughly cooked. Presentation and food safety truly matter.
We’ll give Duck Donuts another chance, but not right away. Disappointment doesn’t last forever, and we hope for a better experience next time.

The staff was super friendly, the doughnuts were made fresh right in front of us and they were delicious! We usually grab a dozen and freeze what we won’t eat in the next couple days. The doughnuts are delicious thawed later and a special treat to start our day! These doughnuts are not anything like you have tasted before! They are super yummy and unique!

Some of the best looking and tasting doughnuts I’ve ever had! The owners and staff are fantastic! I didn’t even have to wait, I had 18 fresh hot donuts in less than 5 minutes it took longer to decide on what flavors we wanted haha! My kiddo’s said the lemonade was a 10/10 ! The donuts were fabulous and fresh. But as another person stated about the drink. It was barely half full. So I won’t be buying any coffee products there. So go to Dunkin’ for the coffee and Duck for the donuts. Staff were friendly. We went on Friday, which was their soft opening. If the coffee wasn’t just half full I would give a 5 star.
