I tried the jerk chicken here and it was absolutely incredible—seasoned perfectly and fall-off-the-bone tender. The flavors were bold, authentic, and cooked with real care. I also had one of their fresh juices, which was refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal. On top of the amazing food, the service was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried—highly recommend!!

This place is hands down the best food in Baytown — and I know that’s saying a lot! I wanted something different for my birthday, not the same old burger and fries, and Caribbean Fuzion absolutely delivered.
The food was next level. The flavors were bold, rich, and authentic — and the portions? Enough for two people easy! We ordered the combo plate (snapper and curry goat with rice & peas and cabbage), the veggie plate, and the oxtail plate. Every single bite was amazing.
The fruit punch was super fresh, and the service matched the vibe — friendly, welcoming, and all-around good energy. This food truck deserves to become a full-blown restaurant. The food was worth every penny, and we’ll definitely be back for more soon.
