Coming in from Memphis and decided it would be quicker to go through Sonic than McD’s. What a mistake. Ten minutes to get the order is too long at this hour.

We ordered two Super Sonic Double Cheeseburgers and a large fries. The burgers were very small as was what was called a large fries. Shrinkflation in full effect.
First time here and it will be the last.

Made it home a few minutes later and the French fries are cold. Just bit into burgers and they are barely warm at all.

I cannot recommend this Sonic location.
A customer could hope that after waiting ten minutes for the order that a fresh batch of fries would be presented.
Par for the course in these parts…don’t expect much or you’ll be disappointed.

Slow service, small portions and cold food. Tupelo Sonic on McCollough…lowest of expectations

Clicked the button to no answer. Heard a mumbled voice. Nothing else for 10 minutes. So we assumed it was out of service. We go to another stall. Push the button. Nothings working so we push it again bc screen is directing us to. We see a woman in the kitchen yank up her headset and stare at us saying in a very rude tone “can’t you give us a second?” So we just leave. I understand being busy I’ve worked in the serving industry. But we had no clue or contact w the server. Just rude affff and hostile

Why are you charging for condiments? I ordered cheese sticks, didnt receive any dip for it and called back in to get it only to be told I have to pay extra for that. It is not on your menu that way and if thats your practice, it should be there clearly to see by what your ordering. Do better.

Ordered a simple (what I thought was a simple) banana milkshake today. I noticed when it was handed to me the cup was stiff. Obviously banana cream has a slight color change to a pale cream color to it, well there it laid 1/2 inch stirred. The rest of the way the shake was never stirred and I received a cup of vanilla ice cream packed in a cup. ‍♂️ where’s these managers at while these kids are cutting up and playing while working? A lot less mistakes would be made if these kids had babysitters maintaining a work place.

Absolutely terrible, couldn’t even eat it!!! I ordered a simple cheese burger w everything on it, and I don’t know what this was, plus it was cold, bread was hard, tater tots tasted old and were nasty. Ordered a milkshake, they said machine was down, so I got a large Dr Pepper that tasted awful. Waste.of.money that the whole thing ended up in trash. Not happy. I wouldn’t even give 1 star, and very doubtful I will eat there again bc I don’t want food poisoning.

Decided to try the Big Dill Meal, the Triple Dill Pickle smasher burger with the Picklerita Slush. I got a thing of fries with the combo. Now the burger had potential, but I will never know. It had Dill pickles and seasoned cucumbers “chips” in there along with other normal burger toppings. Everything was there but the season cucumber chips. They had been replaced with charred, burnt grease like tasting crumbs that had turned soggy. When I got to the second bite or so, that’s all I could taste. It tasted unbearable burnt and the type of burnt you get from grease crumbs or burnt fried foods. I opened the burger and found what made the taste, a small patch of blacken crumbs in the middle of the burger.
When I paid for my food, in cash, the lady left to go get my change. The meal was $17.08, I paid with a 20 and she handed me a dollar bill and dash off quickly. I just let it go but in all they cost me more then the meal was worth.
I called up there to try and get a refund on just the burger, that was a no go. The store which was about to close for the night Can’t refund me pass the same day apparently receipt and all. I paid $10 for an inedible burger.

This is hands down one of the worse Sonic locations I’ve ever been to.

1. Drive thru systems barely work. Speakers are extremely loud and the sound is garbled/static/distorted. It’s hard to understand the person depending on which drive lot you chose.

2. Half the card readers dont work! Don’t even bother coming to this place unless you have enough cash to cover the whole meal, it’s like playing the lottery when it comes to picking the right drive through lot on if the CC machine works.

I really don’t like handing my CC off for them to scan it inside, when I should be able to use it outside.

3. Workers move like molasses. Nobody working with a purpose.

4. I order mozzarella sticks, and they charged me for the Marinara sauce, then proceeded to not even bring me the sauce and gave me ranch instead .

My order was delivered in a timely manner. I ordered a double smash burger. The meat on the burger had good flavor. However, the onions that were on the burger where hard, but also kind of chewy, and hard to chew. Also the botton bun was a bit soggy. Overall it wasn’t bad for a fast lunch. I’ll try this sonic again in the furture, and if I have the same issues then I won’t return. Also I’d like to mention that I paid at the order box with a card for my burger, then tipped the car hope with cash.
She did not say think you, nor did she say have a good day or anything. With that said, everyone has bad days I just feel like she could have at least guve a friendly smile or somthing.
