My boyfriend and I have been here 4 times and we have enjoyed every visit. We’ve eaten at 16 Mexican restaurants in Knoxville now, and this is both of our favorite place. It doesn’t get any better which is why we keep coming back. I try something new every time I come and I have yet to be disappointed.

The food was amazing I ordered 3 soft tacos & a side of Mexican rice & all dinners come with chips & salsa. The service was good very polite & was done by the time I went next door & tanned. Will definitely go back & recommend others try this restaurant.

Food is edible but could be more flavorful . Service is ok I wouldn’t eat here again but it was an ok experience. I don’t believe in Wasting food or I would have thrown all of it away. But still give them a try . My yuck might be your yum .

Not outstanding but decent. If you want a quick and easy Mexican place this is a perfect spot. Not the best food and not the worst. The food is pretty good and drinks are good. The salsa is great though!

My girlfriend let them know she was allergic to avocado and they somehow cross contaminated it and she had a “mild” reaction. Other than that it was great food and wonderful people. She is just deathly allergic and sensitive to foods.

Walked into this place today, national taco day, and the place was dead and super clean, which was great, until we sat down and our server told us that she knew very little English, so I had enough Spanish to help her out with that. The special for today was $1.50 chicken and beef tacos and $4.99 hour margaritas, and the food was subpar at best. We had 8 tacos total and one margarita (I had to make sure that our order was written out correctly in English by our server bc she asked me to), and the owner/manager charged us $27! Since they hardly speak any English and I wasn’t paying attention to the person checking us out, I did not find out until we got in our car, where I told my boyfriend that I would go back in and argue in Spanish to get some of the money back (he also tipped $6 when he didn’t have to making the total about $33), and he said no and we left. Our server was friendly, but according to my significant other, he up charged the margarita by at least $2 and we had to pay $4.50 for a couple of the tacos we got, when we specifically ordered the special tacos. DO NOT EAT HERE! There are other reviews where others have also been over charged and they wouldn’t give the money back.

My sister & I ordered through Grubhub. My steak was full of grisly fat. I could barely chew it, was so tough. My salad was missing did get the beans, rice & flour tortillas. My sister got a tamale & chicken nachos. The tamale tasted frozen not homemade. She threw it away, said it’s horrible. Her nachos were ok. We won’t be ordering again. The food got here hot it just wasn’t good. My steak was on top of the beans & rice. It looked good but didn’t taste good unfortunately. My dog enjoyed the steak. I couldn’t chew it.

Placed online order through Grub hub for pickup. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have a order for me and that they do not accept orders from Grub Hub. I canceled my online order and it will apparently take 3-5 days for a refund. So do not place Grub Hub orders with them.
