WELCOME to Food for the Soul! We are a cozy little cafe/restaurant that was established in 2015. We opened to advocate against child abuse in honor of Forrest who passed away February 17th 2015 he was my grandson and so we can also serve the valley with great homemade food!

My wife and I decided to go on a try new places kick when we go out.
This place beat all the other places so far it is a fantastic place to eat. Friendly staff, clean and great food for the price. Will definitely be going back. It’s off to the side of the main areas that most restaurants are but do not let that fool you because their food is fantastic.

Great little place. Lots of gluten free options, server and owner were so friendly and accommodating. Interior and restroom a little dark, worn and in need of some updating but the food was well worth it. Huge portions and very good. Even took leftovers home and they were good the next day.

The dinner options are also a big portion and tasty. My keto burrito was giant and super fresh. My wife had a burrito craving, did not disappoint. Everything is fresh and fast. Giant table of hot sauce.

I’ve been eating here at least a few times a month. Flavorful, big portions, gluten-free options and friendly service! I’ve tried the tacos, keto burritos, gyro (can do with the keto wrap), salads, and their enchiladas (all various meats, and sub corn tortillas). It’s one of my go-tos for takeout and pick-up for lunch and dinner!
