Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered dinner with door dash from here while staying in town at hotel. Was very specific on what I requested on burgers …..know they knew since it was plainly written on the receipt …..one arrived with zero items on it. And fries were stone cold. Will not order from here next time in town.

For fast food, Whataburger is a bit better than the rest, in my opinion. This time around, I decided to try the chili cheese burger and fries. The burger was great. The chili cheese taste alongside mustard, cheese, and beef was a splendid and delicious treat.The fries, on the other hand, barely had any chili cheese on them. Burger is a thumbs . Fries are a thumbs down. The workers were courteous and kind. They treated me with not only respect but dignity as well.

The workers here are VERY nice! They make sure you have everything you need. Our food for 5 people came out in an appropriate amount of time, even in the middle of lunch rush. All the food was perfect to order as well!

Customer # 36 order # 108061. I was really looking forward to having whataburger as I haven’t lived in TX for years. What a terrible welcome back.. my 3 piece. Chicken strip meal was 1 strip nugget sized and 1 strip broken in half which I presume they thought counted as 2. The toast was burnt beyond eating and the gravy was a concealed mess. The burger meat and veggies were average but again on a burnt bun beyond eating. Wasted $21 bucks. The onion rings were fine. Nothing special but edible and fine. Definitely not the whataburger experience I remember from my youth eating it every week. Not sure if all of them have tanked but this BC location had a very friendly nice staff, clean restaurant and bad food. What a waste.

I am a person that I go 4 to 5 days a week to get my breakfast there every time a go I Oder the same thing that is the breakfast bowl is been 3 days in a row that they give me the Oder messed up last time it didn’t have no egg I didn’t say nothing next time they didn’t put my sausage and today 3/16/23 the didn’t put no gravy that comes with gravy and no hasbrowns I call the lady that answer me this morning she say if I want to return back he’ll no am going to work am be late she is like you can come tomorrow and we will give you another one na am not going that’s not the fact is that the cooker gotta realize that pepole go to get something to eat before they go to work so you can come with that you don’t gotta worried about me going no more there am done with that whaterburger.. there’s I picture of the plate this morning
