Stuffed Pastry opened in May of 2023 and specializes in fine pastry and special occasion cakes. We strive to make all of our desserts taste as good as they look. With 15 years of pastry background and training from Las Vegas, Elisabeth Park (newly a Canton, OH resident) is bringing her love for people and pastry here to serve the local community. Along with a small, amazing team, Stuffed Pastry serves a variety of cream puff flavors and eclairs, along with creme brûlée, Danish, cupcakes, cookies, and cakes (to name just a few). Menu changes with the seasons, and with the whim of the bakers – we just like to have fun creating new treats for our customers. Stop in and see us soon –

For our wedding, Stuffed Pastry was the best! My husband and I are gluten free and were struggling to find wedding cake caterer who could accommodate that! Not only did they accommodate/deliver, but it was perfect! They also made us a giant Creme Brûlée as it is one of my husband and I’ favorite things and everyone was so excited about it… and it tasted great! The price was extremely reasonable as well! I would highly suggest getting any cake or pastry from Stuffed Pastry! We can’t stop thinking about how good this cake was!

We were so excited to find a pastry bakery in the North Canton area, on a long hunt for a good cinnamon roll! Service was very friendly and helpful, but the cinnamon roll was a crushing disappointment. I need to preface by saying that when we called to note this, they said they were trying new recipes for the cinnamon roll, and offered to give us replacement pastries. So they very well may have this issue resolved. But, the cinnamon rolls today were just not even edible. The dough was very dense and underdone, pale and stodgy and flavorless; the filling was over-salty, and the frosting tasted sour. We also got a chocolate truffle, and that was okay, but basically just the snack called “puppy chow” (chex mix and peanut butter) dipped in chocolate. Definitely not worth the $7 for the cinnamon roll and $3 for the truffle.
We will say, the place was so cute and everyone was so friendly, so I wouldn’t write them off as a good bakery. Just not what we were expecting.
It’s worth noting that this is more of a cake and cupcake bakery than a pastry/patisserie— no croissants or flaky dough to be found, but some other tasty-looking things like cannoli. Probably many other delicious things, just check the color and doneness before you buy!

The flavor was excellent! I expected better decorations for a $70 8-inch cake. I originally picked this place because they said they could make me a banana cake, then a week later they called and said they couldn’t make banana.

Ordered a cake over the phone for my daughter who insisted upon fondant. Bakery was very clear about warning me fondant isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but honored my wishes. They helped me with ordering the correct size and I just asked for plain fondant as my daughter also only wanted number candles on top. What I received was a super cute and fancy cake for a great price that was so heavy I was shocked. And yes, for fondant it was actually pretty tasty. The cake itself was delicious and my daughter was thrilled.

The owner was so accommodating and fixed an issue at the last minute, allowing me to pick it up even after hours. She went above and beyond to make sure the cake was what we wanted. Delicious strawberry shortcake and monkey bread(sorry I didn’t get a picture before it was gone). Love that this local bakery is open until 8pm. Able to eat dinner at home and go out for homemade treats. Definitely worth the trip! Hope they get more business with the ice cream shops closing
