I just had one of the ugliest experiences here at Dunkin Donuts, I came in and asked for a croissant and when I asked for it to be warmed, she didn’t say much, it was when she handed it to me that I was shocked. She pushed it towards me, essentially shoving the bag into my hand. I just looked at her distraught. And my croissant was cold.

This Dunkin sucks, every morning I’ll put in a mobile order and the employees must not read the orders while making them because the order is always incorrect or missing something. Staff is always on their phone and give you messy coffee cups dripping coffee all over, it’s not like this location is extremely busy for them to be performing this poorly.

I love how it’s so close to my apartment and I can just walk there, but they don’t always have my favorite drink which is Frozen Hot Chocolate. They say they don’t have the powder sometimes which is disappointing. But I’m not hating I love this place still!
