This Sonic is excellent during lunch. The staff is fast, friendly, and consistent.
My only issue is with the stall screens. Several of them appear poorly calibrated or have faulty sensors. At times they will accept a card but then fail to complete the transaction because the screen stops responding.
There are other ways to pay, so payment itself is not the problem. The real issue is tipping. When a screen malfunctions, there is no way to leave a tip on a card. That directly affects the employees, not the customer.
This should be addressed either by keeping the screens functional or by allowing alternative payment methods to include a card tip option. As it stands, the system unintentionally limits the staff’s ability to receive tips they have earned.

The person that brought my food told me there was sauce in the bag. It was not. The person was very sweet, and food was delivered in record time, but pay attention to detail please!. Food would’ve been great if I’d only had sauce.. should’ve cheked the bag myself. Canton Ms

This place will steal from you if you don’t pay attention. I was here recently and ordered something. I paid for is using my card at the screen while in my truck. When the person brought my food out, they said that the machine wasn’t processing credit cards. I happened to have some cash with me then, so I paid the person, and they left. When I got back to my house later that day, I noticed that the credit card did in fact process there, and that the person that brought out my food lied to me. So, I ended up paying double for my order overall. I wrote in to corporate to complain about my experience there, and see about a refund for the double charge, but they never responded. Beware this place if you try to use your credit card as they’ll lie and say it didn’t make it through to make more profit off of people.

I ordered online and I was given the time our order would be ready. We arrived two minutes early and checked in. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we pushed the button to say that we were waiting. We didn’t get our order for 30 minutes or more. We only ordered ice cream. We asked for our money back but the manager came out and talked to us. He apologized and brought our ice cream back. It shouldn’t have taken that long. If it hadn’t already been paid for, we would’ve left long before 30 minutes. Our other food was cold. Ordering online was suppose to be quicker.

I ask for a #15 with bacon instead of sausage and still receive sausage. Order corn dogs and they were cold and old. It 7:30am it’s too early for anything to be cold and wrong.

Placed an online order which was the garlic butter burger all it had on it was mayo, patty and onion nothing else. my husband ordered cheesey bacon super sonic stack and the bacon was so overcooked there was no flavor to the bacon. Will not be going back to any sonic because this isn’t the first a sonic restaurant has messed up our order

The experience was horrible. There were workers outside supposedly putting together red brackets, but mostly playing & excessive talking. We only wanted two blasts. My daughter pressed the button and no one answered. We stopped a worker on her way back in, and we told her what we wanted. We never received our order. While waiting the manager came outside to ask the workers who were putting the brackets together to come in & help wait on the customers the young male worker told her “those r your damn customers. They exchanged profanity & he pushed the manager in the red shirt & told her to stop standing over him. The wait time is always too long. Not looking forward to going back.
