Wonderful experience. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and garlic knots. They offer sangria of the day as well as daily specialties for appetizers, pizza and pasta. Ordered the risotto and flavor was great but the star of the show was the pizza. The crust was fabulous and made in house. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Large patio.

You will love this place!
I have been three times now. It seems to fit in nicely with our weekly schedule.
Staff remembered our names and our drink order.
Food just melts over your tongue.
A true must go place to eat.

Onesto Pizza & Trattoria, the brave souls who opened their doors in 2008, right when the world was financially crashing but St. Louis wasn’t giving up on pizza dreams. Mad respect. While Wall Street went down, these pizza ovens went up!

I ordered the Mad Cajun pizza (hold the sausage) and it was good enough to bring back market stability ha!! This spicy and bold pie raised Onesto’s stock 100%. And that garlic bread, bring me eight orders.

If you only you could fix Enron’s problems like you fixed mine!

We went on a Friday night. We were told it was gonna be a 30 minute wait, waited about 10 minutes and got some drinks inside at the bar. We got a strawberry sangria on special. 10 minute 10 into our way, we were seated outside on the patio. Ample patio seating, and they work quick to get you water.

They brought garlic knots, complementary, which are amazing and fresh. Probably one of my favorite things about the place. We got a house salad with their house dressing, it was super fresh and very good.

The food comes super quick, even though it was made to order. We split the rigatoni, and got the pesto pizza (14 inch). The rigatoni had great flavor, lots of peppers and a good portion. Since we were splitting, it was plenty. We ate all about one piece of the pesto, pizza, great flavor, great crust, hot and fresh as well.

Our service was excellent. Our server, Mikael, was super attentive, fun and gave us a great night. We will be back for sure, no doubt. Usually, this place is bumping on a weekend, so plan ahead and be prepared to wait.

We ended up at Onesto after two other restaurants had long waits — and honestly, I’m so glad they did. This place was absolutely top notch.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The shrimp pasta was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the salad and stromboli were packed with goodness, the pizza was spot on, and the garlic knots were irresistible. Even the sangria was fresh and well-balanced — the perfect start to the evening.

The hostess was friendly and inviting from the moment we walked in, and our server really knew the menu and hustled to keep everything flowing smoothly without ever making us feel rushed.

It was the perfect pre-theater dinner — great atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

Saw a local foodie influencer highlight this spot and had to try it! The food, service, and vibe were amazing (shout out to Ashleigh!) Located on the corner of a nice, quiet, little part of the neighborhood.

I was most excited to try the Fettucine and it did not disappoint. If you’re a fan of super creamy and garlicky goodness, this is right up your alley. The egg yolk was a perfect addition. My partner loved his BBQ chicken Stromboli as well. We will definitely be adding this to our “go-to” list for some great local pasta and good drinks!

I have had this place on my list for a few months and was finally able to give it a try. It just didnt live up to the hype or my expectations. To start the lobster bisque was no thicker than water. The flavor was okay, but calling it a bisque is a stretch. The salad was good. For entrees my husband had the special, I ordered eggplant parmesan and we also ordered the Alfredo to try. The nightly special was good, but my husband said it wasnt worth the $42 price. The eggplant parmesan was not good and was cold in the middle. I asked our waitress if it was frozen or pre-made and she said yes. The eggplant’s texture was rubbery as the normal buttery rich texture of eggplant is lost when you prep it in advanced as they have done. Please, if you are going to put something on your menu make it fresh every time of just take it off. The alfredo was good, but nothing remarkable. The service was wonderful. What really took me back was the cost. Before tipping, $90 for 2 entrees (the eggplant was sent back and taken off the bill) and one drink is nowhere near justified here from what we experienced.

Okay! I’m not really a pizza person but this is my second time coming to this place in ONE week The chicken pizza is AMAZING.

Don’t come here if you’re in the middle of a “cut” because you will get all those calories back. Sooooo worth it.

The food was great and the staff was friendly. They were out of some ingredients, but the secondary options were delicious! Very welcoming atmosphere. There is only Street parking so you might have to circle the block a few times.

I took friends for dinner and ordered the pork shank special on a bed of risotto. I’m not sure if they didn’t know how to cook pork shanks but I couldn’t cut the meat off the bone with a serrated steak knife without shaking the entire table. The meat was flavorful but not tender at all. I was very disappointed. I have the take home portion (80% since I couldn’t cut it) in the oven now with some brazing fluid. I figure it needs a good hour to be edible. So, very disappointed, everything else i’ve ever had. There has been so delicious. I hope this was just a hiccup.
