Took the family today. Spent 60 for four people… ordered the Spicy Ziti. Now I like sauce and all the pictures, plenty of sauce. Got my $11 pasta (after tax price) and it hardly had any sauce. We asked for more sauce and even after showing them the dish(pictured) the girl said she put enough. She then charged almost $2 for extra sauce. She brought it over in a soup container. I opened it and it was 1/4 full of sauce. (Pictures). It may have been 1/2 a cup of sauce. On top of that the food was very salty, much like the staff when we asked for more sauce. Won’t darken the doors here again. Overpriced, poor customer service and sub par food. There are plenty of authentic Italian places who charge just as much for much higher quality food.
Update: Owner’s response shows a lack of desire to address the issues… just sorry for the outcome. So am I, owner.

I have been trying their dishes for 3 days and they are delicious the breadsticks are very good I loved the pasta carbonara I highly recommend this place. I had a restaurant and I could notice the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The pasta is missing a touch of basil 3 meats just that but it’s really good.I forgot to add. The attention and speed in the service is excellent

I usually come here for lunch as I work at Nissan across the way and the food has pretty much always been decent. Including the food today when I went. What wasn’t nice is being misgendered via my reciept like this. I wasn’t asked my name I was just handed a reciept with this. My other coworkers also were gendered on theirs as well. I’m guess to keep up with the order, but just asking for my name would have been a better way of doing that. Usually I go through the drive thru and don’t experience this

It would be nice if people would actually abide by the hours posted on the door. It clearly states that it is open until 10pm every day.. We got to Fazoli’s at 9:25 and the doors were already locked and the guy that was mopping the floor just looked out the window at us like we were dumb. I just wanted something quick to eat, so thanks for screwing up your only job.

Fazoli’s blurs the line between fast-food and dine-in restaurants, in a good way. You get the speed and convenience of a fast-food place with high quality at a good price. Fazoli’s is in the top 5 places when it comes to having a filling meal without breaking the bank. The staff has always been super friendly. The dinning area has always been well cleaned. Great place to get a substantial meal in a hurry or without spending a lot. The breadsticks are additive.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Fazolis. They gave me my food which was really cold, like really cold. I asked the woman for bread sticks and she says to wait until she gets done cleaning the tables but she never came so I took my food and asked them to warm it up but all they did was take hit spaghetti sauce and dumped it on top of all my food. I was so disgusted I just left.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Food was good in the moment but later felt so sick that I think I got food poisoning I had the lasagna and a piece of cheese pizza, also a few bites of salad. Friend I went with had the same meal minus the pizza and didn’t feel sick at all.

Super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my party feel welcomed and cared for: The lunch special is a good deal for the price. Would definitely return. We need more quality service like we experienced at the Smyrna Fazolis.

Everyone was so nice and attentive. They came by a few times to check on us. The music was playing but not do loud you couldn’t talk to each other. The food was amazing. Triple chocolate cheesecake was so good I could have eaten it again and again.

Brandon H waited on me, and wow what great experience. He was informative, polite and very prompt with a fresh salad and hot plate of spaghetti. Not only was he great he was above and beyond. I thought he was the owner. Great job by everyone here at this location. The environment, the food, and the service were again fantastic. Thank you!
