I came in tonight and went through drive thru. I was pulled up, along with 3 other cars, and there were 4 cars behind me. I sat there and waited til the entire lobby emptied, and all of the cars in drive thru were gone and still didn’t have food, so I went in. They questioned me 3 times about where I was parked, and the cook started yelling at us about food items that we didn’t even order, and then 2 different workers walked up with wrong food bags, and we kept telling them it wasn’t ours. Then, a woman came up, grabbed our receipt and started to work on the order. She offered us free pies, and when we finally got our food, we were still missing a chicken sandwich. Popeyes, you owe me $5.99 for the food item I had to fight for just to not get my food again. This is my favorite place in town for chicken, but it will be a long while before I am back in here again. DO BETTER.

This is my first trip here in awhile. We ordered a 3 piece strip combo and a ghost chicken sandwich combo. The strips were ice cold and I wouldn’t consider them strips. They were the suggestion of chicken. I didn’t get my sauce for the strips. The cheese on the sandwich was see through it had been sitting so long. The rice in the beans and rice that we both got was not cooked thoroughly and was crunchy. Last visit to this location.

We are very impressed with the customer service we have received from Louis. He has been very helpful with an issue we had regarding a thanksgiving food order. Louis has been professional , kind and eager to get our problem resolved efficiently. It would be great if every manager and staff and bosses were as professional as him. A huge thank you to you buddy for listening to us and trying hard to ensure we had a turkey for the holidays. Popeyes is very lucky to have you as a manager. This is one of the best Popeyes I’ve been to. I’ve been to a lot… More than I should’ve… Indiana, Chicago, Michigan… It’s not always super clean but for some reason people can’t eat chicken like humans nor do they clean up after themselves. But the employees try. Plus they’re friendly and I think I’ve only waited a long time like once or twice.

I will not be coming back.
I went through the drive through this evening and the manager was so rude. First, he kicked the person off taking my order; rather rudely too, and then because he did that, then overwhelmed me by asking a billion questions, I forgot to ask for my sandwich as Plain. I waited patiently for him to open the window, and let him know that; but he took quite some time to do so, despite no-one else being in the store OR line. When he did open it, I apologized profusely, as I also am a manager at a fast food establishment. I understand how annoying it can be to change your order last minute, But he then rolled his eyes at me; called to the back asking if they made the sandwich already, and then asked if I could just eat it “normally” I stated no, and apologized profusely again. He then told me ” Your just wasting food now, this is your fault. your kind waste so much food. ” I was appalled and genuinely shocked to have someone say that to me. Let alone from the window to where I get my food at.
I do not want to return here any longer.

Love that chicken at Popeyes!! Love the biscuits too! I had an apple pie for the first time and it was superb. But when you pay 40 bucks, you want what you paid for, and in this case, our large side of red beans and rice turned out to be 99% rice and tablespoon and a half of smashed beans, in a laughably small container-albeit the largest container available. So, I gave them 3 stars out of the goodness of my heart.

This place is terrible. Ordered bone in wings and got part of them bone in then the rest boneless. Cold food after having to wait over a half an hour & I paid for sauce packets that I didn’t get. But on the plus side they threw in a couple of the free sauces that came with my food they just didn’t get the ones I ordered. This place needs a complete redo with all new people because none of them care.
Edit: ordered at 10:23pm and it wasn’t ready until 11:10. None of it was made fresh, it was all cold so kind of curious as to why it took so long to give out cold food.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at your Popeyes drive-thru on December 14th at approximately 9:30 PM.
The employee working the drive-thru at that time was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Her tone and manner of speaking were unacceptable, and no customer should be spoken to in the way I was during this interaction. There was no reason for the level of disrespect shown.
If Popeyes chooses to employ individuals who treat customers this way, it reflects very poorly on your brand. Employees represent your company, and behavior like this should not be tolerated.
As long as this individual continues to work at this location, I will not be returning to this establishment. I strongly recommend that management review this situation and take appropriate action, including re-training or disciplinary measures if necessary.
Please ensure that your employees are held to a standard of professionalism and basic respect toward customers.

Got my order wrong. Ordered three piece tenders, was given something else. Chicken breast was not a breast like we paid for, it was a thigh. Fries and RB&Rice was great. They did give us an extra drink. It was all just WRONG.

I had to change review because my last online order was horrible. I ordered the 5pc original chicken for $9 but got 4 wings and a thigh. I was hoping chicken would have been leg, wing, two thighs and breast this place gives you whatever. There was no wait because it was online order but it was not hot, they’re alwas slow with orders. I contact corporate and someone emailed me by the name of Ana C a popeys specialist and stated that, I specified this order that’s not accurate. I refuse to argue but looking for full refund, I did ask for another order of chicken but at this time, I just want refund. I will not be ordering nor going bck to this establishment while in Elkhart, Indiana. Why is it online that the 5pc is mixed but when I got my order it was all wings and a breast and this organization do not want to refund me my money??
