On Saturday 9/13, I celebrated my 50th birthday in the upstairs room at Woody’s in Sea Bright! It was one of the best birthday celebrations Iv’e ever had. What a great place/ room, food /drinks & great service & staff . They went above & beyond …from working with our large group & the menu, to letting us bring things in early to set up /decorate…they were so accommodating. Plus they /the manager kept in touch with me every step of the way from the moment I booked to the day of the party to check in & make sure all was set. The manager Mike & our server Kendall were AMAZING!! Mike kept dropping in to check in on us & help out if needed & ask us how we were doing & our server Kendall pretty much single handedly took drink & food orders for almost 25 people & rocked it! Plus she offered to take almost all the photo backdrop photos & a video of the candles being blown out! The best energy & personality. They both felt like part of our party group by the end of the night. They did so good handling our large group & my cake & every little detail…communication & attention to detail on point We have always loved their food & drinks & all were great as usual. Every order came out just right & in no time. Staff had the best personalities & awesome service…the room was so nice & had a beachy feel just right for the type of party we had. I can’t thank Woody’s enough for the great job they did. Everyone raved about everything ( including the room, Kendall & Mike ) & how awesome things were. Thank you again manager Mike & Kendall , our server for giving the whole evening / celebration a personal touch! I had A wonderful milestone birthday for sure. Sincerely, Kris : )

We live in Sea Bright and went on Friday night. I had the Buccatini Chicken Alfredo special. It was delicious.
My wife had a Veggie fajita.
Services’s excellent, all food was fresh and delicious.

We ate early dinner about 5pm Friday night. We got seated quickly but as the hour went by, they were filling up.
Our waiter warmly greeted us. He made us feel welcomed there and I really enjoyed the whole dining experience.
The ambiance is warm and cozy and not loud.
Food was excellent.
Bathroom was clean.
Parking was easy.

Excellent location by the shore. Outside seating with cool breeze makes it a fun restaurant set up during summer. Decent sea food options. Kids menu is also good. Parking is a bit tricky.

I had a wonderful experience at this location, and it is very different from the Tinton Falls location. It’s all new and decorated beautifully inside. There were Christmas decorations, and there was a warm fire burning in the fireplace. The bathrooms were so clean. I had the blackened grouper sandwich, and I loved it! The seasoning had a lot of flavor, but it wasn’t too spicy for me. All of the sauces and toppings complemented each other, and the bun was so fresh. I couldn’t even touch my salad, so I brought it home and ate it later. My dining partner had the turkey club without avocado, and he said he liked it. My mule was also very good. This is a beautiful location, and I would love to go back. It’s right next to the beach, and it’s also really close to historic Twin Lights and Sandy Hook.

Plenty of options to dine indoors, outdoors, upstairs, downstairs, in the shade or in the sun. The food is good, no complaints. We had a veggie quesadilla and a veggie burrito and both were well prepared and tasty. The place was pretty crowded for a Saturday afternoon but the service was pretty quick.

Bad experience – I was there today to hangout with a friend. The service at first was great, but then the shifts may have change and the new waiter lost my credit card. When I pointed out that I had given my cc to close out tab, the waiter told me I didn’t give it to her. Management came and I told them I was sure I gave it to them and needed to close the bill. At the end, I ended up having to use a different card, no apologies or nothing. I felt absolutely disrespected.
