First time customer. Wait time was around 10–15 minutes. Food was lukewarm. The real kicker, and primary reason for this review, was the size of the “tenders” I ordered. See photo. Each one was around the size of a BIC lighter. If I hadn’t paid nearly $20 and tipped, it might really be laughable. What a silly way to lose a customer and sully the business’s reputation. I’m local to the area and will never return.

I LOVE going to the South Cedar Detroit Wing Company. Every time I go into to the store I’m usually greeted by Carol and she is always so nice, has good suggestions on items to try, and makes my food fresh and presentable (presentation is everything).
All the staff is always so friendly and nice and I appreciate their wonderful customer service.

The best place in town to get fried chicken the prices are the same as fast food places around and wing zone but are leaps and bounds better in quality and service is amazing best spot in town to have a easy going lunch they also have there own brand of drinks that are really tasteful I got the classic chicken sandwich combo for $7.99 x2 so it was $16 and some change it comes with the sandwich fries and dip as well

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. King himself was super funny, kind, and helpful. Carol (store manager) was also very kind and helpful and the food was amazing. The food could’ve been horrible and I’d still go back because of the friendly staff. We didn’t have to wait for our food more than the normal wait time.

Ordered the 24 boneless wing game day deal. Got it delivered. Split it up with my family. Halfway through my husband cut open his wing and it was completely raw in the inside! Called the store immediately. They offered to remake the food. We declined now that we were sick to our stomachs! We asked for a refund and they hung up on us! Terrible customer service! We will never eat here again. I just hope my kids don’t get food poisoning from this!

The food was pretty good but it was served to me on a dirty tray that still had crumbs from the last person who used it. The staff was very friendly and caring. I was not a fan of the way they designed their building so you cannot see any part of their kitchen or food prep areas. What are they hiding back there? The dining area is small and uncomfortable.
