Not a good McDonald’s at all! They totally messed up my order even through it looked right but didn’t notice it was wrong until it was too late. I ordered a bacon McDouble without pickles and what I got was just a plan old cheese burger that wasn’t even put together very well here I paid for bacon McDouble but I could have saved money if I knew that’s what I was going to get.

The manager made my frappe… I ordered extra caramel. She gave me the regular amount that a regular caramel frappe gets the proceeds to tell me that its just how that is, and ordering extra caramel is a waste of money. Very rude woman… how hard is it to just give a little more caramel, she made it sound like the caramel was coming from her pocket. Also, she sat around talking for a good 3-4 minutes before making the single frappe, when there was no one else in drive thru and no one in lobby. I hope she sees this and makes adjustments to her process and attitude.
Edit: this is all the caramel you get for a standard LARGE CARAMEL frappe. Honestly, pathetic. The manager here acts like she is directly paying for the caramel. So stingy, she should consider finding a different job.

By far the worst mcdonalds i have been to in the santa cloud area ordered take out in the app and it sent imeaditly before I arived. No big deal im 15 min away I arive and no food sitting on the counter I tell the staff and she doesn’t care says I called that earlier. as im waiting another guest codes in complaining about there unedable fries. they say I dont care and walk away. he yells for q Manager a young man says there’s not one and walks away. 20 min of asking are you making my order and finally they make it.

Can’t seem to get orders right. Have had this happen multiple times. Even went inside to order because I had a free meal from the last time. The staff at the front counter were great though! Who ever bagged it, didn’t get it right.

Definitely the most disgusting service I have ever had. Ordered my food and even had to wait for the undercooked chicken pictured. I got half the fries I ordered, also had to go back for the forgotten sauce for the nuggets that luckily were cooked. All for the ‘low’ price of $40.

So i had just finished 9 at Veterans and decided to get something to eat. I, believe it or not, left my clubs at that particular location (been a difficult week) and I got an email from someone named Chase D. Said he found my clubs. He got my name from a credit card I left in my golf bag. Could have easily spent a lot of money that I need. I went and picked my items up and not 1 penny was gone. IF CORPORATE CAN READ THIS, THE GREAT OAK DRIVE STORE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THE STAFF DESERVES RECOGNITION FOR BEING HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, PERSONABLE, AND CAN MOST DEFINITELY PUT OUT AN AWESOME PRODUCT. THANK YOU CHASE!!!!

The Spicy Chicken sandwich was not hot, looked like someone sat on it. Also the fillet was tough and stringy. They charged me .30 for water! Really? Brought 3 grand boys in for a treat. $32 for the four of us, I suppose not bad for Chicken nuggets, fries, and slushies. Kids like it, but for my taste, the food is about the lowest quality, and easily surpassed by almost any other place.

Terrible. Worst mc d ive ever been to. Ordered on the app for table side and they put it in a bag and it sat until it was cold on the counter. Other table side orders sat too. They made food for people who werent there yet as they kept going outside and coming back in with bags. I didnt get napkins, ketchup and they forgot pickles on my burger. Theres like 4 things on a mc double and they forgot one! How? The floor was extremely slippery/oily and everything was sticky. My toddlers hands were black from the high chair. Someone needs to call corporate. This place is a disaster.
