The manager on duty was extremely helpful in putting together an extremely short-notice catering order for a moving crew that I had coming by today. She had a very helpful and positive attitude and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I ordered doordash and had a nice driver. The subway I ordered from however, decided to bag cold drinks and hot sandwiches together. Not only that, it was a grocery bag. So the heavy drinks were right on top of the food, smashing it. I could have saved the sandwiches with the microwave, but the condensation from the drinks soaked the food. They were cold, chewy, and soggy… $40 I’ll never get back.

It’s meh. Food ain’t bad. The staff could use some work. Manager having awkward exchanges with staff. One morning one of their employees (Theresa I think) was randomly asking customers to include myself if they voted for Trump. Don’t think that’s any of her business and nothing to do with sandwiches.

I was at the FT. Knox Subway getting a chopped salad as I have many times before, this time as I was watching my salad being prepared the person was ACTUALLY COUNTING how many strips of onions, pickles, spinach, vel peppers and so on to fix the salad. Will never buy ANYTHING from there AGAIN!!!!!

Its ok in a pinch, but customers and staff have questionable habits. I rather pack my own lunch. Its fast food, so its going to have some type of issues.

Great salad I had today, they tried to put some mystery meat in it for a cold cut combo, but I put my own meats in instead lol otherwise, just like any other subway
