Early on the morning of 9/27/25, I stopped in for my usual matcha before work — a little ritual that helps me start my day peacefully. I follow Ayurveda, which focuses on balance and mindfulness, so I always request light ice to keep my drink aligned with that practice.
Lately, I’ve noticed that my drink often comes with more ice than requested, and it’s been happening quite a bit (photo attached). I truly appreciate that Starbucks allows us to customize our orders, and I just hope this small detail can be honored moving forward. It may seem minor, but for me, it’s part of my morning calm.

Coffee tasted fine, however I found this strange black plastic piece in my drink halfway through. It’s definitely plastic and not coffee grounds…unfortunate as I could’ve swallowed it

After several chances today was seriously the last straw. Just shut this place down if you won’t give people their moneys worth. $7 for a cup that workers consistently don’t care about filling then attempting to put whipped cream to make it look full. Along with managers/supervisors that are either non existent or just as inexperienced as the workers making the drinks. No one cares at this Starbucks and it truly shows.

Okay why the hell was Jen all in my face when I tried ordering? I went down there for a vacation, went to this Starbucks. Worst experience. Way too loud, way too up in my face and obnoxious. I was very uncomfortable. Again way too loud and obnoxious for 9 am. I just wanted coffee not being treated like I was deaf and dumb.. Never coming here or telling people about this shop. Please fire that lady she does too much.

Was in drive thru line for 27 minutes. No apology no immediate response by anyone inside when I pulled up to pay and get my hot drink which was spilled on the cup and didn’t give me the hot cup holder thing either. Never had this happen at a Starbucks

Customer service was outstanding. Got a late start back from vacation. We were exhausted and needed something special to make it home. Starbucks is always a place we try to go to when traveling. It was close to closing and we were worried about going in at the last minute. All of the staff did an excellent job in welcoming us in and Kevin was phenomenal. He took great care of us, suggesting menu options and giving us details on items to eat. I love walking into Starbucks and enjoying the smell of coffee. This team that was working last Sunday on June 6th at closing, kudos to you. Thank you for being the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation we had on the Belleair Beach.

Drinks never taste right at this location. Ordered a PSL iced from another SB a week ago in Tampa & it was so delicious that I decided to order one at this location the other day. It tasted awful. Yet again, they did not add enough syrup flavoring or mix the drink enough. Flavor is completely different on the bottom versus the top. Tired of paying for expensive coffee & getting crap here.

Went through drive through and requested the same drink I always get everyday from different starbucks within my drive distance to work. Manager whom said to be Kalib says we “cant serve you that drink”. Instead of offering me a solution to fit my choice he dismissed me with choices of his own to fit his needs which I was left in disbelief because I have never had an issue ordering a drink even if I need to pay extra money I can usual get the drink I request. Strawberry Acia, no strawberry pieces, extra base. I contacted corporate to assist me on this mostly bad customer service, misunderstanding, not caring to help the customer.

Update:
As far as Starbucks go, this is a 5-star location. I come here all the yoke. Sometimes is busier than other times and sometime the drive through wait can be longer, but the people are always friendly.today I put in a mobile order and the barista actually proactively told me and another person where we were in line! Wow! Love it!
