Stopped for a Hawaiian Fish, didn’t have to wait at all. I paid $6.29 and the sandwich was not fresh nor did it have adequate tartar sauce so essentially dry fish sandwich. This seems to be a pattern here, food isn’t fresh and very skimpy on tartar sauce. I suspect this location is cheating customers to keep their overhead cost low. Super disappointing, not a real honorable way to treat customers.

The main lady who works there who I believe Is a manager, talks over you while you try to order. I even tried to tell my order back so she didn’t miss anything and she forgot to add my sandwich, then made us pay for it even though it was her mistake.
Then when we got our food, this is how little of fries were in my container.

I come into this location once in a while and they never let me down with how good their sandwiches are. But today, I had to witness a manager yelling at her coworkers in-front of customers. One gentleman was not doing anything wrong and seemed to be moving at a decent pace. She continued to degrade him about being too slow and not knowing what he was doing. Its a shame that management has to be to harsh to other employees, especially in front of customers. This is not the only time I have seen her being rude to customers and other employees. Clearly she has not changed her ways which leads me to write this review. I don’t know if I am going to be coming back after witnessing this again today.

We ordered 2 shakes , chicken tenders and crinkle fries, roast beef sandwich and curly fries. We received the 2 shakes and then were handed a bag and told it was our order. Inside we found a fish sandwich, and two or more other sandwiches, no fries.some might think great you scored however I have food allergies to fish. Not happy, not impressed.

Calumet location, We walked in, the older lady at the cash register pretty much said, “what do you want, ” well now nothing with that attitude. So we left, this isn’t the first time at this store, if she hates it so much just quit! We will go across town to the other Arby’s where they treat you like your a person.

Today at 1:00pm on July 4th 2025 give them all a raise I’ve lived in the area 2 years and man was the whole staff I encountered the best guest service I’ve received in my two years of coming to this location. (Don’t go to any others as this one’s closest to home) they forgot my mozzarella sticks I showed up and wasn’t mad or anything they were apologetic and super friendly I’m blown away by the staff I encountered today. Well done !

I waited 15min. At the drive thru speaker before being aknowledged. Just as I was about to pull off someone finally greeted me!(I wish I would’ve just left!) I was being patient thinking maybe 1 or 2 ppl were working. I ordered the new garlic steak sandwich along with the rest of my family’s order. First of all we get to the window and the bag of food is handed to us and we are still waiting for two drinks?( Mind you I see now that there at at least 4-5 people working..what was taking sooo long?!) While we are waiting my fiance looks thru the bag to make sure we have everything and sees that my sandwich was missing. I had to wave down a worker thru the window and I let him know I was missing my sandwich. He apologized and went and grabbed it. Even after that…we Still had to wait like 10 more minutes just for two sodas!? Not sure what the issue was there? Finally we get home and I am starving and excited to try this new sandwich that looks phenomenal on the screen! I open it up and it looked pathetic! Completely different bun than what was pictured, less meat on it than a regular roast beef, a tiny spot of the garlic sauce and what is that…one maybe two little chucks of onion tanglers??? The taste was horrible and it was so small that it left me still hungry. Overall poor experience
