Stopped by after a high school basketball game. It was a couple minutes after 9 pm. We went inside to order because there were three of us and we were all paying separate. One employee obviously didn’t want to be there, or at least didn’t want there to be customers there and she made it verbally known to all who were within earshot. Maybe she was having a bad day or had a hot date after work?! The rest of the staff were very pleasant! Blizzards were very good!

The experience at this location was very positive. The people behind the counter were very prompt, friendly, efficient in terms of taking my order and handling the transaction. Will continue to frequent this location when I’m in kokomo. Keep up the great work!

Every blizzard is quite melted and runny. Only about 40% of the time do they flip it upside down before handing it to you. And there is never any blizzard components in the bottom of the cup.
The service is normally fast so I don’t understand how the icecream is always so melted.

Great place to grab a icecream treat. Katelyn was si hospitable and vibrant. I loved her energy. I happen to respond to her greeting like her grandmother. She literally thought I was her grandmother. She said u want your usual. I responded with how do u know me. She said oh wow My grandmother greets me with those exact words. I was so surprised. That made me smile. She was great. I will definitely be a regular to this DQ. Thank u Katlyn and keep that vibrant energy the world needs it.

Tonight my husband and I went here to get food, time was 9:40pm and they told us that the kitchen was closed. I am sorry but this location dosent close till 10pm so why can’t we gwt our food, we even tried to order online before we drove all the way there to be told this. Closing at 10pm means the whole store is closed at 10pm not that u close stuff early so you can gwt out early, this is poor customer service.

Worst experience at this DQ! Dont have any chicken products or reese’s cups candy. It took almost 20 minutes to get food and my French vanilla mootlatte came out with so much coffee it looked like hot chocolate and tasted like the blackest cup of espresso you could get!
