If beige had a taste, it would be the burrito bowl I had from here. I went in hopeful, ready for some southwest goodness. What I got was the gristly meat, bland everything and stale chips. The guy at the counter cheerfully offered me a free bag “on the way out”. That should have been my first clue. The chips were completely stale. Probably made like 4 days ago stale- which was why they are giving them away. I got guacamole on my burrito bowl- which tasted like air with a hint of nothing. I got somewhat excited when I saw the salsa bar but – you guessed it- flavorless. I scoured the place for salt or pepper with the hopes of adding some flavor to something. None to be had. Of course. I ended up tossing most of it in the trash, which was exactly where it belonged. This meal set me back $13. I would have been better off just giving them a donation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very Great Place Thank You. One month later doing an edit, something is wrong – going wrong here, server Portion Cups some of the Protein and gulps it down on the serving line area. Tables need wiped, and no Ice tea. The Tou Fou was Old and stale . Hope things return to the Great way that was in the past visit. It will be awhile before I chance it. Good Luck .

Stopped by while in the area yesterday– I’ve noticed a huge improvement at Moe’s in Warsaw recently! The store is much cleaner than it used to be, and it’s clear the staff is putting more care into keeping everything tidy and welcoming. The quality of the food has also changed considerably for the better—everything tastes fresher, portions are more consistent, and my order comes out right.
It feels like the whole place has really stepped up, and it makes for a much better dining experience. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been in a while!Shout-out to Oscar! He made me feel welcome and had a great attitude.

I went in with my family last night, the staff was clearly having a busy moment but were still very friendly and quick with getting us and others through the line. Very pleased with the experience here compared to the last visit at the beginning of the year. The one young man, Oscar, was very friendly and kept us informed about the deals in app that helped us save some money yesterday as well. Logan and Liliana were very polite as well.

Part of the draw to Moe’s is it friendly atmosphere. Getting greeted is part of that experience. At this particular location there seems to be a standard of “I don’t want to be here” atmosphere. From no “welcome to Moe’s to the lack of serving size I’ve experienced the last few times I’ve been in. I ordered two separate bowls and the girl took what should have been a full serving for each bowl and split the different between the two. Essentially, I got half the serving size for each bowl I should have. Instead of causing a scene, I just took it. Chips being burnt and over salted was also become common. If this continues as a standard then I won’t be going back. That’s a sad because I I really like Moe’s.

This is regards to the Warsaw, Indiana Moe’s:
The last time I ate at this Moe’s I was not impressed at all, so this visit I thought I would give Moe’s another chance, big mistake. I walk into the restaurant a little before 1:30, so well enough after the lunch “rush”, if there was one. I am greeted with the customary “welcome the Moe’s” which was nice, but a quick look around the filthy dining are made me want to turn around and leave then, but I continued on to order. Logan N., that is the name on the receipt, was nice at first, I wanted beef nachos, but the beef looked like it had been sitting for hours, dry, brown/black, it looked like it should have been thrown out hours ago, or at the very least stirred, but that effort was obviously too much effort as I will soon explain. I decide on chicken and continue with my order. Not surprisingly, the portion size was a lot smaller than in the past and the price has gone up. But that is to be expected, but still disappointing. I go to pay and use my credit card and an automatic tip is placed on my order, (keep in mind there is also a plastic cup in front of the register for cash tips) I remove the tip amount by typing $0. Upon seeing this, Logan very loudly and very angerly verbally abuses me by saying “Yeah right, I’m doing what I am getting paid for.”
The entitlement of some people think they deserve.
I am a good tipper when it is deserved. I ask, why do waitresses get tipped after the meal is served and you are paying for your meal? I encourages them to give you great services and that is what I am tipping, the great service and dining experience…
I continue with my dining experience….. I ignore the entitled employee and turn to find a table and see that most of the tables are empty and filthy. I finally pick a spot to sit, place my tray down and go to the drink machine, which was so filthy I didn’t want to touch the screen with my bare hands. The drink lids were almost empty, after I took my size lid, there was 2 lids left. The salsa bar was also disturbingly filthy and had empty places where there was salsa missing.
I get a cup of salsa but can’t use it because I’m too leery about how old it is and the sanitary condition of it, sit down and try to eat my nachos. The chicken was rubbery and had an odd texture, like it was old and had been sitting out for quite a while. My nachos were disappointing. I finish my meal and take my tray to the trash can, which was completely full so that my trash balanced on top of the trash can, not even being able to go inside the trash can lid. I left feeling very disappointed and quite sure that that was the last time I will ever eat at a Moe’s again. Sadly, my kids and I loved eating at Moe’s when they were younger, but no more.
So back to Logan and his verbal abuse….
“No Logan you were not even doing what you are getting paid to do. The restaurant was filthy, the trash needed to be emptied, the condiments were empty, the store was filthy. I did not use the restrooms, but I can only imagine what they looked like judging from the dining room.”

The steak bowl I got was fine, but I am disappointed with the chips and salsa. First, the chips were stale. Green salsa is usually my favorite, but I have no idea what they use in it to make it gross. I got the hot salsa too and it was just spicy red water. I liked the flavor, but it was the consistency of water and nothing else. Is this how it is supposed to be? I will not be going back here

The line needed to be filled as there was old containers left out with no food in them. Only half the options were available for toppings and it felt like you were being rushed through making your selections even though there was no one behind me.
