I have to go a 1 because it’s the lowest. To me cleanliness is top when it comes to the food. The lady literally making platters pushing the food down with her bare hands after taking money and ringing up. I don’t know if that shocked me more or the person behind me didn’t notice to I pointed it out. We need to stop the spread of things. Hopefully management will pull video. It was between 2:45 – 2:49pm. Wish I could of tried the food but I love my health. Only LJS I’ve experienced this at during my traveling so definitely not all just this particular 1

The newly renovated Long John Silver’s looks great! I like that they have little touches of Lynchburg in the restaurant. Sadly, when I last went, the wait times were quite long. They didn’t have any fish ready and all of the customers (3) had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for their orders.

I just went there tonight. If you’re looking for fried fish and chips, this is a great place to go. The pricing is good, the food is fresh, and the service is friendly. The man who took our order was personable and helpful. We sat at the indoor seating and it was very relaxed and we had a nice chat while we ate. We were missing Captain D’s and this is definitely just as good!

I was excited to spend at least 100 bucks on my family for dinner. My wife and stepdaughter called me on the phone they wanted ljs. So after running a few errands I proceeded to drive there. My stomach started growling because I was about to buy a lot of food for us three. I usually don’t like to eat while driving but the plan was to grab the order and eat a piece of fish while on the way home. Tell me why I go inside this location around 6 pm at night. There was a elderly couple setting down eating the only two guest in the restaurant. The drive thru was also empty and it was rainy outside. Ok y’all ready. I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. I cough and said hello nobody showed up. So I left and went though the drive thru. It was one car in front of me at the window just waiting. I pulled up in front of the intercom cut the car radio up and even blew the horn. Again nobody showed up. I waited another 8 minutes 45 seconds as a watch the car at the window peel of and hitting the curb in anger I guess. So what did I do I backed my car up and left. I got dinner at Captain D’s . With prompt great customer service.

I came about quarter ’til 12 for lunch and by noon the place was packed. The parking lot was overflowing and the drive through wrapped all the way around the building. The reason was the food was hot, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Nearly everyone “rand the bell” on the way out. The store was clean and even as busy as they were when they brought someone’s food out the server carried some sanitizing spray and a towel to clean the freshly vacated table.
Great job LJS team, you have renewed my faith in human nature and a job well done!
All this from a simple stop at a fast food joint. I really appreciate your jobs well done. I’ll ring the bell too!

No Body
They are obstinatley against Door Dashers and are very vocal about it. The manager ignored me for a long time, was really rude when she did finally acknowledge me, and demanded to see my ID?! before letting me get my orders, and was generally bashing Dashers and the service in general they whole time, saying we’re all thieves and unemployed because we “cant get a real job”
I’ve never had to show my ID before snd I’ve been doing this for years. She was deliberately insulting and loud about it so to be sure everyone heard.
The whole ordeal took forever and was extremely humiliating. Ruined my morning to be honest and I’ll never take another order from there again.
Food is garbage anyway.

Sunday September 21st I stopped by the drive thru and order our food. We had a little bit wait for fresh food but it was worth the wait. Wards Road had a 3 man crew. Excellent Service under pressure handle atmosphere outside as pleasant as inside. The customers kept coming and as I sat in the parking lot of Kroger I took a bite slightly burned my mouth haha but I ring the bill of this group a thousand times. January 3 around 12 o’clock we ordered a fish sandwich and a fish dinner and the sandwich was pitiful. That’s the best I can say for it. The dinner there was almost no fish in between the breading. Unacceptable.

Employees were not friendly at all, no greeting. Employees stood around gossiping to each other instead of fixing the food. The person preparing my food stepped away from the back to come take another ladies order, WOW!! The other cashier lady was calling customers stupid because they tried to open the wrong door. When I finally got my fish sandwich combo, the amount of fries was very small??? They didn’t give me any napkins or was there a dispenser. Horrible experience!! Will not be returning.
