The food was so good; they make their own bacon which was super flavorful. We had the Megg sandwich on a biscuit and it was very good. The coffee option is regular which would have put the place top on my list if it had a nice cappuccino or even latte but the food was with the drive from our camp site. Would recommend and go again.

My husband and I stopped in for my birthday breakfast on Thursday. This is a hidden gem!! The atmosphere is fresh and bright, the people are welcoming and the food is delicious. Good portions, fresh ingredients. Definitely a new favorite.

i had a heart attack at this place! and by heart attack I mean the “Heart Attack Special”. the bun of the sandwich is a cinnamon bun which is cut in half and then filled with an egg saucage bacon ham and cheese. it was absolutely amazing. also every time I’ve been there the servers have been so incredibly friendly and all the staff are so incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place. take all your friends. tell all your friends. this is the place to go!

Happy Accident. We were traveling home from Soo Locks/shipwreck museum and construction ran us right into a collision course with fantastic food! I had the Parm Beef sandwich served with fresh cut fries….followed up with a Michigan berry pie…yummm! So, the Parm Beef was “curl my toes” yummy-the beef was succulent, the bread tasty, Parmesan and dressings were spot on for maximum taste!

Today, I took my dad to lunch. We chose Country Corner Cafe because we wanted to try the new restaurant, it’s close to my parents home and I wanted to treat my dad. And for people to open a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic and make it work. WOW ☺️ My dad got the grilled ham and cheese with fries and I got the parm beef sandwich with fries. The bonus is that fries come with the sandwiches and there is no extra charge for them. For $18.00, my dad and I had huge sandwiches and I mean stacked full of meat and so much goodness. The portion sizes are amazing, but the prices are my favorite. Country Corner Cafe is more than a “diner”, it’s more like a classy meets small town, local fare. The food is classy and delicious but they keep the prices to more of a “diner” pricing. I can’t wait to try their breakfasts and the dinners they serve on Friday and Saturday evenings. Give them a try, I’m quite certain you will enjoy their southern hospitality, local hospitality, the atmosphere and food. I am excited to see where they take this place! Way to go Shelly and Ed! It was great to meet you and thanks for taking the time to visit with us. Best wishes to you for an amazing year and to the future.

This bright, charming diner in the quaint town of Glenn is a decent place to stop.
Breakfast was good but nothing special, therefore hard to screw up. The coffee was surprisingly excellent. Omelettes were more like folded crepes but the fillings were tasty. The ginormous pancakes were good. The potatoes though were forgettable — dry, dry, dry — makes you think they pretty much sat out all morning. The same were used for the corned beef hash, not the best but flavor was good. Let’s hope this isn’t the usual and just the mark of a busy weekend. Overall, not worth a special trip for breakfast, but if you’re in the area and don’t expect anything amazing you’ll leave full and pleased enough!

Restaurant is clean and bright inside with a friendly staff. I know it’s a difficult time to be in the restaurant business with the lockdowns right now, but owners are doing a great job with takeout right now. The omelette that I had was great with generous portions and quick service. Can’t wait to actually eat at the restaurant when state restrictions are ending. Keep up the good work !!

My food was cool. The eggs had a plastic taste. The sausage and biscuits taste old. From what I can see there are a lot of health code issues. I worked there so I know. That one of many issues there. The Recently served lasagna form this Wednesday was from last week Friday. They like to take the moldy pieces of bread out of the middle of the bread and still serve it to the customers that’s one of the many reasons why I quit.

Country Corner Cafe serves not only excellent food, but a great EXPERIENCE. It is unassuming and has small town appeal. The owners Shelly and (chef) Ed will feel like friends you’ve always had. The food is amazing! My lunch was a crab cake sandwich with mango chutney. The fries were unlike any I’ve every had. This is a place you want to keep a secret so it will never change yet you have to tell everyone because it is just THAT good!
