This is our first visit and we just love it. The food is so good, bread pudding! We had a great time just hanging out with other people. It was raining so hard and lightening that the band couldn’t play. So we just sat around a visited with strangers…. It was nice.
Update- we love this place! Good food, music and people. The staff and guest all fun and friendly.

Great bands, nice patio, but they need to expand. Some of the chairs are so cheaply made I was afraid to sit in them. Everything takes a very long time, so if you order, be prepared to wait at least an hour.
The same bartender on the inside has been there every time I have gone in, and is one of the rudest bartenders I have ever seen. Either he makes enough money that he does not need tips, or he just has no clue.
The outside bartender is great is much nicer, but she has extremely limited items to serve. The food is EXPENSIVE, and not quite worth the price. It’s good, but not good enough to charge $30 for a small little pot of food like they do.
The place has lots of potential.

After hearing many good things about this place my wife and I went. At first glance the place looks great..atmosphere…people waiting we were excited. However after having to wait over 2 hours to get a table excitement was wearing thin. Being from Louisiana I wanted to eat authentic food. WOW what a disappointment ..gumbo was horrible.. they ran out of ettoffee and put gumbo on catfish.. my daughter ordered a steak and it too was not cooked properly. To say the least it was a WASTE of money.. never going back and if you want true Cajun food don’t go there.

My steak was perfect! Small and relaxed dining. Courteous staff. We ate outside under cover, during a Spring storm, at sundown. That fact, plus great food created a perfect datenight. The small crowd inside seemed to be enjoying their meal, while watching the Braves game. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and will definitely be going back.

This place is awesome! Literally in the middle of nowhere but so good. All of the food we had was fresh and delicious. Live music outside and good drink choices. Service was on par. Can’t wait to get back over there.

We were looking for something different and could not have been more pleased with 83 degrees west. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. We started with the crawfish appetizer. For entries…I ordered the ribeye with tabasco butter and my wife had shrimp with grits. It is a bit secluded, but that is a positive. We will be back frequently.

Came here to watch a band play, it’s just above in the middle of nowhere, but once you find it you’ll want to keep coming back. Staff is so friendly and nice, food is amazing. Jambalaya is my favorite dish, best I’ve ever had.

fun casual atmosphere with indoor and outside (covered) seating. Shrimp and grits and the etouffee were outstanding. live music thursday through saturday nights, with an outdoor covered arena to sit and enjoy a drink and listen to music before and after your meal.

So we are from out of state and was on our way back home from visiting Helen. Decided on this place, which was way out of our way, as we like to try local faves and such. We had gotten in the door right in front of a group of 4 ladies who we found out real quick that they were regulars. Me and my daughter were at hostess stand (please wait to be seated) and one of the ladies started talking to the girl at the stand and then talking to the cooks, all the while we were ever asked “how many”. So the girl then asked (finally) how many, but she wasn’t talking to us. She never once acknowledged that we were even there and just let the regulars in first.. We left and we will NEVER go there again!
