Great food at a premium price. I eat here when I want a real burger and fries, not chemically crap like regular fast food places. Their new combo meal has really incentivized going more often as well as eating less calories.
You always get an abundant amount of fries wether or not you get the regular or small size. Both kinds are always great and they fill the bag with them. The burger is delicious as well and you can put whatever you want on it. Probably the best chain burger available in town. Sometimes the service is slow but you know you are getting real food. Love going here with friends.

It’s on the more expensive side but worth it. The burgers are big and juicy and the fries are greasy but sooo good plus you get lots. But my favorite addition to the burgers is the verity of topping you can choose from. You get grilled mushrooms, green peppers, A-1 sauce plus so many more without tons of charges.

Love the burgers, but the fries are too greasy and way too much salt. The atmosphere is too industrial and they are more expensive than Red Robin for the combo. Don’t misunderstand we do like Five Guys just wish they could be a little less expensive. Also we’re older so younger guests might have a better experience.

For the second time, ordered little bacon cheeseburger….AND GOT NOOOO BACON!!! Plus large fry order has less fries than a regular. Arghh! Come on, 5 Guys!?!

This is the second time in a row that I had a bad experience ordering food from Five Guys in CBurg through the app.
Because the app does not notify the store when you tap the button “Notify Store I Am Here” they don’t drop your fries unless you notify them.
As a result you always have to stand and wait at least 5-10min for fries because the restaurant can’t handle the interruption to their work flow.
Last time the manager apologized and told me what to do so we tried again. This experience was horrible because the MOD was horrible and not Customer focused, even a little.
I watched my burger sit for 5min getting cold because the manager messed up our other burger while training a new employee. They needed new bacon so she grabbed the basket which was above my burger, dropping all the bacon grease and pieces on my burger.
Gross.
When they finally fixed the other burger and wrapped them both up, our fries were gone so they had to drop more.
The picture below shows how many fries they gave us for a large cajun fry. They were rushing so much that they didn’t fill up the cup. The cost of our meal for 1 little bacon cheeseburger, 1 cheeseburger and 1 large cajun fries was $37! This was a sad waste of our hard earned money.

The food is the best thing ever and I love it so much but there is one flaw in their design it’s supposed to be Five Guys right? No it’s normally like 3 guys and 2 girls which I don’t care about but I thought it’s supposed to be Five Guys okay love your food be back for more soon!

The staff at this Five Guys were the kindest, friendliest people I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant. Despite needing to take out a second mortgage to afford eating here I’d do it again and again just because the staff were that cool. Whoever is hiring and training them needs a raise and a Presidential Medal of Freedom.
