I decided to come to this Wendy’s for the first time after waiting in the McDonald’s drive-through across the street for 20 minutes just to put in my order. The staff at the Wendy’s were so kind they were very quick to take my order and they gave me my food very quickly while still keeping my food, hot and fresh. Chris specifically was very nice and helpful. Will be coming back again.

Wendy’s hands down has the best burgers period…..price point is what you remember and it’s just flipping awesome nothing left to say!! Ok now it’s gonna happen from time to time and I get it but if your order is messed up which happen to mine….they should not only replace your meal but then work to make sure you want to eat here again…the folks working today showed no effort in making that happen not only that but didn’t even replace my order saying that your fries were ok so I’m only going to replace the burgers because they are the ones that sucked the first time!!! Guys I’m so disappointed in Wendy’s right now!!!!

Purchased a full-size parmesan caesar salad, received a salad with old-looking lettuce that was mostly the hard ends of the lettuce that no one would want. Had to drive back up from Tonitown to receive a refund. When I returned the salad both the manager and employee had an attitude which I would describe as less than pleasant.
Also, I feel like it’s weird that I was not given nor offered a receipt at any point in this transaction.

Food was hot and fresh but this location has just overall ruined Wendy’s for me with the last three visits because of their customer service. I got my food and in the 15 minutes I was in the parking lot I was the only car in drive through and I understand why. I was questioning coming today but gave them another shot and once again felt like my business wasn’t valued. The sad thing is it always seems to be a manger taking my order on the headset.

On March 26,2023 on a Sunday i ordered a biscuits & gravy and small potatoes through the drive thru. But the biscuits and gravy did not have enough gravy. They should have people that knows how biscuits and gravy are soppse to look and taste like. But its all good there’s a Mc Donald’s right across the street. I will not go to Wendy’s anymore.

Terrible experience. I was missing the most expensive part of my entire meal and when I went to the store they said they couldn’t get me a new burger or even a refund and said i’d have to contact doordash to get the refund. Will not be eating here again.

Holy moly! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place needs some help! Instead of going through the drive thru I ran inside. Only one person in front of me. I stood there for close to 10 minutes before his order was taken, then about another 10 for mine to be taken. So after close to 20 min I finally got my food, walked outside the cars that were in the drive thru had only advanced about 4 spots. WOW. I’ll avoid this one in the future.
