Exceptional honesty and kindness at Paris Baguette – Calaveras, Milpitas
This evening (12/13 around 5:30 PM), my husband name Long N. accidentally left his wallet at this location. It contained his ID and a large amount of cash, and we had an early flight the next morning. We were extremely worried because without his ID, we would miss our flight.
We called the store about an hour later and explained our issue, then the staff confirmed they had the wallet. When we came back, a team of three young employees (two boys and one girl, around 15–20 years old) returned it to us with everything completely intact.
My husband tried to give them a reward, but they politely refused. Their honesty, integrity, and kindness truly touched our hearts. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism and good character.
Thank you so much to this wonderful team and to Paris Baguette for having such amazing employees. You turned a very stressful situation into a moment we will never forget.

Back in mid-October, while planning lunch for our company event, I reached out to a few Paris Baguette locations, but PB-Milpitas was the only one to get back to me right away. Even though it’s not the closest store, the manager, Claire, was super helpful and enthusiastic, so I decided to go with them—and it was totally worth it! Our colleagues quickly realized that besides their amazing bread, their sandwiches are really tasty too.
Since then, we’ve used PB-Milpitas for a few last-minute meeting orders, and every time, the delivery has been right on time. I have to say, this store has definitely earned my praise. Big thanks to Claire and the team for today’s Halloween-themed cake—it really gave everyone a “treat” without the “trick”!

This place never disappoints me. Have plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For two of us, ordered Mini strawberry croissants, Feuillete Au Chocolate, Hot dog roll and mini blueberry pastries. Each and every item was baked with perfection. Highly recommend this eatery!

The food tasted great, but the service was disappointing. The manager didn’t know the ingredients in most of the dishes and was quite rude. Despite ordering three boxes of pastries, I wasn’t given a bag, even though I offered to pay for one. As a manager, she could have handled the situation much better. On the plus side, the atmosphere is inviting, great location and the interiors created a comfortable vibe.

Here, you can find a huge diversity of sweet (cakes, fresh bakery) and products with meat (mini ), meal for breakfast (sandwiches with eggs and salads; turkey, and ; chicken …). I like the kitchen (you can watch through the glass how the cakes are made).
Every day they have fresh and delicious cakes. My favorite is Blueberry Cake (moderately sweet and incredible creamy).
Today, I ordered Turkey BLT (sandwich with multi grain bread, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon) and a piece of Chocolate Strawberry Cake. The Turkey BLT was fresh, had enough mayonnaise, bread was soft, and turkey was tasty. The piece of cake wasn’t super sweet, air, and had fresh fruits).
I come here quite often (more than 10 times) and usually get good service. But today nobody didn’t get me a box for my cake (usually ask), when I asked a box a lady didn’t help to put the cake in the box. It’s seems a little bit rude. A wasted tip. I hope this is an isolated case.
