This place was okay. The food was okay. The waitress was nice but the service was slow even before the crowd picked up. It took so long to get the check. We had the Nashville hot bowl, it was dry and the French Twist bowl, it was good. I appreciated them having a turkey sausage alternative. I also had the White Christmas latte with almond milk, that was really good.

Wonderful little place! The food and especially the gravy and Biscuits is something that from Maine I have been searching for since coming down it’s a perfect combination. More so their servicing especially for the Cream Cheese is phenomenal sometimes establishments like to cheat the small things so it’s nice to see they didn’t. The food is a bit pricy but we’ll worth the price, and given the quality it feels like a place you come on special occasions knowing that it can’t go wrong. We also came for the “Grinch day” and this was just a very great community based thing to do. My only qualm was that the service was slightly above average which felt like a let down. There was nothing negative about it, and it wasn’t just the same old same old but given the reputation, quality of food it felt a bit uninspired but this seemed to be more on the front door person and our waiter rather than a general principle. Overall it’s a great, quaint, and adorable place with delicious food and a great commitment to the community.

Amelia was amazing a really wonderful soul, she offered the best service. She was friendly and had a really good suggestion of the big eater breakfast.

I highly recommend this place and if you do show up make sure to ask for Amelia and get the big eater breakfast!

I went to this restaurant yesterday for brunch. I ordered the Texas slammer breakfast bowl. When I received my food it looked great however a couple of bites in I realized the potatoes and vegetables were extremely burnt. I took a picture of just a few of the burnt pieces and showed my waitress. I did not eat this food as it tasted horrible due to being so burnt. At this point the person I was with finished their meal and I did not want a replacement so I asked for a refund. The waitress asked the manager and they stated they couldn’t fully refund me because they’re a small business. This was ridiculous in my opinion because small business or not you don’t serve people burnt food and as a manager customer satisfaction should be a priority ESPECIALLY for a small business. I gave service 4 stars because despite the manager refusing to refund my money the waitress went above and beyond to ensure the situation was resolved adequately which I’m thankful for. The manager’s poor judgment call in correcting the situation is why I wouldn’t return or recommend this establishment.

Great breakfasts and at a much better price point than a lot of breakfast places you go to. Nothing fancy, but some rockstar dishes . The kitchen staff seems fast and efficient, the wait staff is always friendly. Best of which is to see that a lot of these team members are younger adults and teens which often get a bad rap for the food service industry. These folks work like it matters, like it’s their business and it shows. The atmosphere varies, early in the days it’s fairly quiet but later on the volume picks up a lot. Otherwise the decor is cute and inviting. I had the standard build your own omlet and my wife had the Nashville scrambler bowl, let me tell you I was jealous, it packed a lot of flavor and surprisingly the tots underneath were crispy and not soggy as I’d have suspected.

The food was good. I had sausage biscuits with gravy and husband had the perfect breakfast. Haley was very attentive to us. Nice Little spit for breakfast that’s not a chain. You seat your own self upon arrival.

It’s been awhile since I last ate at the Sweet Spot. I will be the first to admit that my expectations were pretty low. However, I was shocked to see that they were packed on a Sunday morning. Thankfully we were able to be seated immediately at what looked to be the last available table. I took that as a good sign.

We sat for awhile before our server came to greet us. We hadn’t realized that the menu was via a QR code on the table. Once I pulled it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see a menu that was a bit more elevated than the traditional diner food that I remembered before. Just a note that the menu definitely favors carnivores.

I ordered the Cali Breakfast Bowl but switched out the cheese and asked for my bacon on the side, which I gave to my son. My daughter ordered the fruit crepe. My son was happy to take advantage of the gluten free French toast. The food was good. My kids ordered an iced chai with oat milk and a hot chocolate with oat milk. Neither were blown away. So I probably would stick to basic drinks like juice or coffee.

All of the servers appeared to be high school/ college girls. They were all polite.

I have no issues with returning again in the future.

Regular place for breakfast and cost is high compared with other breakfast place. I ordered out and they automatically charged 15% gratuity fee. They also charged 20% gratuity for parties of 5 and more. I spent $80 plus to get me two omelette, pancakes and French toast.

I recently went into Sweet Spot with some family for breakfast. During our dining experience, we received fantastic service from our server Hailey. She was attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. Being a former server, I noticed Hailey went above and beyond when she wasn’t actively serving tables. Unlike other servers who were sitting around the coffee bar, Hailey was cleaning, running food and stocking up supplies. In addition to our fabulous service, the food was terrific. Everything came out well and in a timely fashion. Great experience from start to end!
