I have always loved the Westborough location and it’s still my favorite. This is more of a criticism for their crispy chicken sandwich. Something changed. I took one bite and threw out the rest!
The chicken was rubbery in consistency and the crispy batter was not crispy and fell off the chicken.
I have always liked their chicken sandwich but will no longer order it.
I still like Wendy’s but stop changing things. No more sweet and sour sauce. Boo! Not everyone wants ranch or spicy!

Got the six dollar biggie meal. I mean let’s face it, you can’t go anywhere and eat for six dollars except Wendy’s. I got a jr bacon cheeseburger (plain), fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink. Food was quick/good, place was clean, and the junior bacon actually came out plain, that never happens. Lol.

I went to the Wendy’s in Westborough on Saturday, September 20, 2025, around 11:00 PM. I grabbed food at the drive-thru and then parked to eat with my wife and two kids. Honestly, we didn’t feel safe at all. We saw two Wendy’s employees — I could tell by their uniforms — acting really suspicious. They kept going in and out of a car, looked clearly drunk by the way they walked, and there was smoke coming from inside the car. When we drove past to leave, we could smell marijuana.
It was really disappointing because the place didn’t feel safe or family-friendly.

I take care of two boys and Wendy’s in Westboro is our favorite restaurant to go too.
We always sit next to the electric fire place.
The younger boy loves the kids meal with a 4 piece chicken nuggets, honest kids fruit punch, and french fries.
The older boy loves the Dave’s double with cheese and ketchup only, and a healthy fountain drink.
After our meals we all enjoy a delicious frosty!! Yum!!
As you can see by the pictures, the boys enjoyed this visit very much.
This location is the best so far. The employees are friendly, the food is warm and fresh. Thumbs up to Westboro Wendy’s.
