Roble’s is high on our list of take out rotations. I have found myself daydreaming ( and mouth watering) about their salsa more times than I can count.

Their birria tacos are my absolute favorite and my husband loves their asada burrito. He always compared the size of his burrito to his forearm, because they are HUGE. Sizes are very generous so there is always enough for leftovers. Their quesadillas are also SO good.

We have ordered Roble’s for family dinners, and now whenever we have family visiting in from out of town they are always begging to go to Robles’s for a birria Quesadilla Pizza!

The owners have continued to make restaurant improvements over the years and we are happy to support the success of their business! Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Mexican food!

GOOD TO KNOW: this is a CASH-ONLY business!

This is a restaurant where you order your food at a counter and get a buzzer to pick it up. The food is excellent, I think this is best chimichanga I have ever had. The chicken filling was very good. The have a salsa bar. The seating area is very comfortable. It was very clean.

2 thumbs!
This used to be my favorite place to eat out of all places especially tacos. Over the last year though this place has gone downhill in its customer service, price and quality. Although price is still not THAT bad I feel they are now aligning themselves with others which is sad cause that’s one of the things that attracted me.
Last evening I went there was a young man attending. He was on his phone, didn’t smile, was rude, I asked a question and he just stared at me. My orchata tasted like water with no flavor and very thin. Like it’s out of a box. I really hope the owner reads this and fixes things. Just because it’s become more popular doesn’t mean quality should go down. If it doesn’t change I’ll find a new place to go.

Every type of taco I tried was delicious!
A lot of flavor in the meat itself, but access to as much onion, Pico, salsa, lime, cilantro, and peppers as you want is a huge bonus.
Aqua De piña & Jamaica were good and self serve just like soda was.

Consistently phenomenal.
This place has completely ruined other Mexican restaurants for us in the best way possible. My husband and I genuinely can’t go anywhere else without comparing it to the magic here. It’s almost unfair how good the food is.
My go-to? The quesadilla birria. Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Nothing else even comes close.

Food: sometimes times is very very salty. The tortillas for the tacos are very dry, they need to put a little bit of grease on them. And they need to warm up the tortilla. I have order tacos and the tortilla is very cold and dry. The burritos are ok. Salsa Is good, the lime is cut in a tiny piece you need to grab a lot. Most of the food is served cold, I don’t like that. The staff is usually very nice and friendly. They need to get a better microphone, they always messed up the orders, I think their microphone system sucks… They also need to start taking cards, they only accept cash right now, whats up with that????? They have an ATM machine, but, who wants to pay the extra charge??? Not everyone carries cash..
..If ROBLES TAQUERIA is reading this, please put a bit of grease on the tortilla tacos and don’t serve the food cold… thank you.

On a side note: i notice a lot of white people like the food and they think it’s awesome,. I don’t really see Hispanic ppl reviewing the food, and that tells me about la lot about a Mexican food restaurant.

This is by far my favorite place to eat lunch and dinner, the staff is so nice, they make me feel like family and the food is amazing! I eat here 3 days a week easily, I wish they had a location on every street corner.

Bomb tacos currently $2 a pop, $2.99 for Birria (complete with a bowl of broth to dip). Full, flavorful (Al Pastor ) and comes out as-is for you to adorn from the available salsa bar. A variety of salsas, cabbage, onion, cilantro, radish and pico de gallo. Pop and agua frescas available with free refills. As most places in town – cash only, atm onsite and a drive thru available. Parking lot is large and on the south side of the building.

Their tacos are amazing! One of my favorites. I ordered chips and guacamole this time, it was a little salty, and they were quick to give us freshly made guacamole to make things right. A+ service!

They have the best steak tacos for miles, which sometimes come with jalapeño in them, so be aware when ordering them “with everything”. We also got the chips and guacamole on this trip, and it was also well worth it and also probably some of the best around (also had jalapeño fyi)
