Night crew needs to be replaced. Placed an order online, pick up what I can only describe as careless slop. Whopper Jr absolutely incorrect from start to finish, rock hard bread, and all the rest of the food is soggy and lukewarm to the point I can guarantee it’ll make me sick. Posting pictures of this poor quality slop and I want a refund or I’m calling the health department.

It’s been a minute since I had been to a BK, but for some reason I had my mind wrapped around a whopper, and then I got there and decided to eat a chicken sandwich! I asked for the onion rings to be made fresh and not one complaint or look given. As a matter of fact, the young man told the kitchen to make my entire order fresh! I was like Thank you for excellent service, and hot, fresh food!

This location is amongst the best BK’s I have visited… anywhere. The staff is always busy improving the dining area, the overall environment, and even the parking lot. They never just stand around goofing off. Michelle (the supervisor) is clearly squared away and willing to do what’s needed to make things better and cleaner. I look forward to chances visiting here. Clearly the staff cares, is well trained, and motivated to focus on the customers. Great job, Michelle. You lead by example and it shows.

A very compliment! I visited a Burger Location on Kings Highway in King George VA at 1pm EST. In error, I placed the order with my local Burger King on Virginia Beach 23452. I could not figure out how to delete the Transaction. I walked inside the Burger King on Kings Highway and the manager on duty showed me delete my order before paying with on my BK.
He said it’s impossible to do it once the payment is sent through. The lady on the phone at the Va Beach BK pretty much told me the same thing although she tried to get me to figure out what the status was of the order.
I’m not very good at apps. I am not great with things for transactional correctional. The manager of my local BK helped as best she could could.
With no Technical Support on Friday 26 DEC 2025,
I asked the manage to hold my order until arriving home to my local BK.
She was nice enough to do so
as she swamped customers at the counter or a large back.
She obliged and the order was fulfilled as I gave an ET for my Christmas holiday. Going forward, I will correct my app to avoid this further confusion on the app
When technical support is available Monday 29 DEC 2025 to unhook my the credentials so I am not inadvertently ordering from an incorrect location.

I usually only get their 2 for $5 breakfast or Lunch items, but today I saw an ad for their Royal Crispy chicken Sandwich. The pics they provide makes the chicken portion look amazingly huge. I
Bought two for over $6 each before tax and boy was I disappointed.
My advice for fast food restaurants. If you’re gonna charge that much, make it at least somewhat close to the promotional pics and fresh out of the fryer. I will never order that item again and not trust anything you claim in your promotional pics.

Make sure you check your food , was charged for bacon on two sandwiches that they never even put on my sandwiches . Got allllll the way back to work , went to eat & boom smh . Not worth the drive back but def worthy of a review. U work in fast food you have one job “make sure ppl orders are HOT and made as ordered” . Do Better !!!!

My fiancée and I went here to grab dinner this evening. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches for us and our child. Car was pulled, we were forgot about because every other car that was pulled left. A young woman by the name of Adrianna came out, asked us about our order, put her hand over her mouth as though she forgot, ran back in and never came back out.
Our child nearly had an accident in the car waiting, finally, we went in to let her use the bathroom, came out and asked about our order again, and then was handed food from under the heat lamp as 5 employees were standing around casually talking and laughing.
No apology was given, no interest in making sure we got our food, not even a courtesy “have a good evening.”
We were treated with boredom, disregard and disinterest. Had I known this, we would have went somewhere else for dinner.

It was alright. BK portion sizes have been shrinking over time to where any sandwich on the value menu is a joke. Staff was having an incredibly good time in the back. Also, the most crowns I have ever seen in a Burger King. Clean too.

When I visited today I was amazed to see so many happy employees. The mixture of older and newer generations should be celebrated. These employees singing, dancing, laughing, helping each other, AND have fast service I would love to see this EVERYWHERE!! To the hiring manager keep up the good work. Everything happening in the world today and your restaurant staff so happy congratulations you cracked a code missing with most businesses. To the young people keep dancing and sing and being happy and teaching us older folks. To the older people keep smiling and learning dances and supporting these young folks. Great job everyone!!!!
