The Subway at this upper Marlboro location was maned by a single young lady however she was very professional and kept the store stocked with items and very clean ….my meal was done to perfection and seemed to by made with care ….not just slapped together! Keep up the good work

I went to subway on Mother’s Day and ordered 3 sandwiches the lady that served me was nice, professional, provided great customer service, and the sandwiches were delicious!.I didn’t get her name and I’m not sure what nationality she is but she wasn’t black or white. This was the best subway experience I’ve had! I don’t think I can go to another subway after going here lol. I’m pretty picky when it comes to making my sandwich and she made it just right!

Worst service ever! Took 10 mins for some woman to coke over . Then when I asked to use the bathroom she threw the key across the counter. Then argued about a cold cut combo versus cold cut trio. Then gave attitude about bread. I left and ordered nothing, because no one with an attitude like that deserves my hard earned money. She should not be working any where in customer service. I wouldn’t even recommend working around animals.

I went to this Subway about a week ago while visiting from out of town. I was impressed with how well the girl made my sandwich, her professionalism, patience and overall affable demeanor. She said that she really likes working there and that did seem to be obvious by the manner in which she did her job. I don’t remember her name but it started with a Z. I’ll definitely come back to this Subway the next time I’m in MD.

Irritating staff. One heavy set female employee in particular, moves very slow, and exhibits an incredibly unprofessional attitude, to boot.
No paying customer should have to feel like they’re getting their food prepared by an immature toddler. I’ll come back when you hire better employees.

Just the other night, I walked in the door 5 minutes before close and the staff had already packed up most of the toppings. They kindly asked what I wanted and began to unpack the food without hesitation. Wish I could remember their names but, this was pleasant (and very much needed) experience concluding a very stressful day!
To be clear, i wasn’t ordering just one meal, I think it was more like 5 and 2 were chopped salads (my wife and I are no-carb’ing), which meant creating dishes to re-wash.
Also because they immediately jumped in to assist me, they forgot to lock the door and a nice couple came in midway through making my order. They kindly helped them as well (but locked the door 🙂
Way to go Subway team, I appreciate you!

There was no line, I went at around 1:15 pm. I ordered my sandwich with no problem, the facility is clean and there’s always parking. I have never had a problem there.

Every time I come here they are out of meatballs or something else popular on the menu. Employees are horrible and have zero care. Ended up going to McDonalds’s instead since the family won’t eat anything else there.

Poor customer service. One of the employee’s cursed at my wife. I’ll be back up there to confront him to see if he has something to say to a Man! I’ll be researching the owner’s information also. There is alway something wrong every time I go to this Subway!
