I came in to order and asked about using a coupon I saw in the app. The first employee who helped me was very sweet and said I should be able to apply it at the register.
When we went to pay, the coupon wouldn’t go through. Another employee who appeared to be training her stepped in to help, but it still didn’t work. She then said it was probably for online orders only. I asked why the app included a barcode if it couldn’t be used in store, just trying to understand for next time, and was told, “idk, I didn’t make the app.”
That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand policies and that not all coupons work in store, but I was simply asking for clarification. When I asked if I could place a new order instead, I was told I couldn’t because the store would lose money. That made me feel like she was trying to make me pay for it…. But I wasn’t willing to pay $20 for a footlong without the coupon, I decided not to complete the purchase.
I appreciated the kindness of the first employee, but the overall experience left a bad impression. I hope future employees do a better job and have a better trainer. The second employee also did not seem to have a positive attitude in having to train the younger girl.

This location is excellent! They not only make the best sandwiches in town, but the store is clean and you can tell they really care. Management is on point in this shop. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Rude under qualified workers who don’t seem to know how to even use the register or the subway gift cards. Avoid this Subway go to Jersey Mikes instead or just eat a gas station sandwich which taste better anyways!

Went in at 7pm on a Thursday and only ones there (me and 2 kids). They said they had 8 online orders and it would be awhile before they could help us (possible over 30 min). They said they have to handle the online orders before walk ins. So we left. We went to the Woodbury subway and they said that policy is wrong and not what they should do. Spent $40 in Woodbury and it was great.

I placed an online order for pickup, 3 Footlongs. I arrived a minute or 2 before my order was due for pickup, and I was told it would be a bit of a wait because they were backed up. It was quite busy, and the 2 young gentlemen behind the counter were very polite and working very hard to complete the orders coming in. Kudos to them.

The bread was soft and when toasted, the edges did not get crumbly. The ingredients were all fresh and the whole sandwich was made evenly. Workers there are nice and clearly take care of the store because I couldn’t find anything that was dirty or misplaced in the store. Highly recommend this location.

These people are definition of Minnesota nice, the owner is a lovely local woman whose daughter works there sometimes, most of the staff are local kids. The atmosphere is friendly and professional, restaurant is clean, this is what a sandwich chain should be. Probably the best Subway I’ve ever been to.
