The food is good. They serve your order pretty fast. Maximum 5 items per order but no limit (cuz all you can eat). Minus 1 star because the inside is too smoky. The exhaust hood is not strong enough to get all the smoke out. Overall, I still recommend this place with such value and quality of the food.

One of the cheapest places to get KBBQ in LA. There is still a premium menu if you want to splurge. It is extremely loud in the restaurant with all the grilling and talking and the music. There are very limited sauces you can grab, and they even have a self-serve bar on some of the meats. There’s constant grilling but there’s basically no smoke in the building. The restaurant itself is clean and you can order using the self-ordering tablets which is really cool. Overall fantastic experience if you are solo or party.

Very nice spot for BBQ if you’re in the Rowland Heights area!

Food: We ordered the Premium Menu which is $36.99 per person. There is a sauce and meat bar there too so you can see what meat to get and also however much you want. On top of that, you can get more premium cuts like the pork belly orders we love from the Premium Menu.

Service: We went during a Wednesday evening and it was packed! We went and joined the waitlist and it also went by quick so don’t worry if you don’t have a reservation. Staff was so professional and friendly to check up on us frequently, even how crowded it was.

Ambiance: They have a lot of booth sittings, which we prefer. The music wasn’t too loud so we could still chat to each other while enjoying yummy food.

Overall, I would recommend this cute spot. Go for the Premium Menu if you would love more premium cuts too, but I believe they have Lunch Menu at $19.99, which is such a steal!

Went here because it’s 23 dollars for lunch, which is a bargain deal for kbbq esp in Cali. I definitely recommend this place if you’re on a budget and craving some kbbq. Don’t expect grade A quality meat, but it’s decent for the price. 6/10

I love this place. I remember coming here because thirsty cow had a 2 hour wait. Now, this is my go to kbbq spot. The part that sucks is that they seem to be getting more popular, which is great for them, but I miss the times when there were essentially no wait times. Good price, good meat selection, pleasant staff, and just overall a good time. I recommend not coming here so I can get a seat faster, thank you.

The store is very old. We went there at 6pm on a Friday night. There was no need to wait for a table.

There were many empty seats. In order to put more tables and chairs, the store actually shortened the distance between the chairs and the tables. It was difficult to sit in and the space was very narrow.

We ordered the buffet set meal for $34.99. To be honest, the food was served very quickly, but the quality of the dishes was very poor. None of the meat was of good quality. They were all of a very low grade. The stewed eggs and soup were also very poor.

The quality was very poor and the chef didn’t put much effort into making them.

I was unhappy the whole time, and the beer was very expensive, $8.99 a bottle.
I also tipped 20%, and 3 people spent $200, not satisfied at all. Whether it’s the environment or the quality of the meat,

I’ll never go there again.

I have decided to settle for bad kbbq because it was the only kbbq place open in the area at the time. It was my mistake. Yes, I’ve been here before so I can confirm it’s below average tier kbbq.

But my problem lies here in a shortened version of how I feel:

The TLDR version is the worker claimed that foot traffic was too “slow” so they wanted to close shop early. In doing so, I didn’t get seated despite calling them beforehand to confirm that they would indeed seat me while I was 2 street lights away at 9pm (I was in on Batson Ave so I got there in like 1 minute).

This left a bad taste in my mouth, much like the rumors of how bad their food is. Which is why I’m taking a minute of my time to write this review.

Today I learned that:
-This business likes to close early whenever they decide to, making their store hours unreliable & staff come off as lazy workers.
-The workers & owner are liars when they said that they would seat my party over the phone mere minutes before getting to their doors.
-Their customer service means nothing to them because they would rather selfishly choose to do things at random, such as closing early for no reasonable cause, rather than to be good to the people who are keeping them in business.

Why have hours that advertise that you are open until 10:30pm if you will not seat customers at 9pm? Does not make any sense!

I was not going to argue or even try to reason with staff that is rejecting my visit simply because I don’t want to be where I am not welcomed. Who knows? You might spit on my brisket or worse. Anyways, you still have over 1 hour of potential customers, but now you have zero. Also, zero logic!
I can’t believe I almost gave them my money LOL!

If laziness did not exist, they would have more income flowing their way & 1 less 1-star review.

This rating was not just given for no reason, it was earned.

I’m not trying to say I want them to go under, just that I simply hope that this business will learn from this experience & improve on their choices. They can be great, but right now they are far from that.

I also would like to express to the owner that I will not be making any attempts to give them another chance because they don’t deserve it based off how I was treated. My money will go to their competitors.

Also, the parking lot is tiny, you won’t have an easy time parking your car here.

They have helpful staff, great service, atmosphere is on point from sports on one TV to kpop music on the speakers. Family place but also not too loud so you can have good conversation (but if you’re more noise sensitive there are kids or loud groups when their busy).

If I had to complain it is that we ordered mozzarella sticks only to find out they don’t have marinara sauce! And they don’t have Rootbeer and don’t have the small dessert most other kbbq places have. That was a bit disappointing bc it helps cleanse the palate of all the heavy meat sauces.

It’s 9pm and I wanted some kbbq. I’ve eaten at Let’s Gogi in the past before and was relatively unimpressed (even with the cheap price), but my options were slim this late at night. I wanted some protein and decided to give this trash kbbq another try.

Given the time, I decided to call the restaurant and asked when their last seating was, as Google lists their closing hours at 10:30pm. The person over the phone said that their last seating was at 9:30pm, and since we were literally a light a way, we headed over. We were rejected for seating at the door even though I had called and gotten confirmation that I would be seated at 9:16pm. The server’s excuse was that “everyone else is closing their tab, so we decided to close for the rest of the night.” Their operating hours say that they’re open until 10:30pm. I got phone confirmation I would be seated. This makes zero sense. They have money for a rebrand and influencer marketing, but not money to stay open during their advertised operating hours? 0 stars.

Honestly I’m glad I got turned away becuase I would have had nothing but regret eating at this place. We were at the front of the restaurant for only a few minutes and the smell of smoke clung to my hair and clothes. I’m certain their vents above the grills are not turned on. The floor was greasy as hell and hazardous enough for them to have a sign that says “NO HIGH HEELS”. Chairs and tables also feel greasy and uncleaned. Thet whole place just screams filthy!

Aside from the lack of cleanliness, their food is also garbage. They have a self serve bar with various meats, which has got to be a food safety violation as it is for anyone to grab and contaminate. Food comes out slow and a server won’t want to get you anything. Service is nonexistent. They probably play music super loud so they can’t hear you. Other meat quality was also subpar and same goes for sides.

Take your money and spend it elsewhere, you’ll only be disappointed here.

Finally a legit AYCE kbbq spot in the SGV! Under new management and this place will be my new to go kbbq. They have two price options, but I would say go for the premium because the options are worth it. I love how they have a sauce bar and a good selection at the meat bar too. For AYCE, the quality of meat is pretty good. We enjoyed the pork jowl, premium beef belly and soy marinated beef brisket. The Galbi and pork jowl was tender and flavorful. You also have to order their appetizers too! My favorite was definitely the jalapeño poppers with their jalapeño and cilantro sauce. They also have seafood, chicken, and veggies. The place was even busy on a Monday lunchtime and now I can see why. Good service and easy parking though the lot can get full fast.
