We’re new to this area so e wandered in for a lte lunch. The decor is very pretty, lots of carved wood. Quiet, clean, good service. My husband ordered the steak & brisket Phó and really loved it. I tasted the broth and gave it a thumbs up. Nice anise flavor. I had the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl and didn’t like it at all. The sauce was flavorless, the noodles more like thin spaghetti rather than rice vermicelli noodles. It did have lots of herbs, but not what I was expecting and I’ve had this dish many times. Basically lacked lemongrass flavor, was bland. The iced coffee was good, as expected. Overall I would say it’s an average and not anything write home about Phó place. I preferred Phó Oregon. Phó Bistro up in Hillsboro was good. I really enjoyed their Salmon salad.

We ordered Pho Van on GrubHub. It arrived hot and absolutely delicious. We ordered Cha Gio, Goi Cuon, Tai Chin Pho Bo and Mi Quang. The appetizers were superb. The salad rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce was amazing. The fried egg rolls were awesome as was the sweet & sour sauce accompaniment. Both of the Pho bowls were unmatched in taste.
The portions were more than enough and we ate a second night. Reheated, it was just as great as the first night. Highly recommended and very tasty!

We’ve been going to Pho Van in Beaverton for years. They’ve always had a few vegan options for us, including vegetarian pho and tofu salad rolls. The food is excellent and the portions are large. I recently needed help with transferring reward points from their old platform to the new one and Elizabeth (owner) was super helpful, responsive and very polite.

One of the go to spots for Vietnamese food! Can’t go wrong with their Bún Bò Huế or Pho! Their regular and vegetarian crispy rolls are super delicious as well as their rice entrees such as Cơm Đặc Biệt. Highly recommend and the service is great!
