The donuts and customer service at The Morning Ritual are both AMAZING! The donuts themselves are delicious and deserve a 5-star review, but I also had the opportunity to work with The Morning Ritual team for dessert at my wedding this past September. Everything went smoothly, from the ordering, to payment, to delivery. The guests RAVED about how fantastic the donuts were. My only complaint is the bees loved them too!

The coffee here is the best in town, and they’ve added so many new flavor options. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. The food from The Eatery is so good! I definitely recommend the build-your-own omelet. And as always, their donuts are delicious!

The ritual is running out of apparently everything and closing early every day. Tried stopping in *2 days in a row* an hour BEFORE posted closing time to find them already closed. What are you even doing if you’re running out of 100% of coffee and food products every day? Makes no sense. Hours or inventory – figure it out. I recommend you save your time and just go to the diner across the street.

There was some variety available for donuts but they quickly ran out of some flavors. Would recommend calling ahead to order as call in orders seem to get top priority.

I live and work in Watertown. I saw online where The Morning Ritual would be bringing some donuts to Europe Cakes on Friday to sell to their customers. I messaged them Thursday night and order an assortment to bring to work with me Friday morning. I wanted to try and get them early and the owner made area so I could pick them up early to have them to work by 8. The donuts look, smelled and tasted amazing. We only had 5 guys at work Friday but we managed to eat 14 donuts. Yummy. I brought the last 10 home to my family. I put them in a plastic bag to keep them fresh overnight. Saturday morning, my three teenage boys tore through them. My Wife slept in and missed out as they ate them all. Nothing but positive reviews from family and coworkers. If you are going to buy donuts from Price Chopper in Carthage, spend a few dollars more, support local, enjoy more flavors that aren’t mass produced and enjoy some donuts made with heart and soul. I highly recommend not just for the donuts but for the customer service!!

At this place the early birds truly get the worms. As someone has mentioned before, either get there early, call in or message them on fb to reserve donuts because they do run out rather quickly for good reason though!
The donuts are light, fluffy, and delicious and just sweet enough. The coffee is ok but their lemonade is really good, great balance of sweet and tart.
The inside has an eclectic charm with a lot of seating and a hip atmosphere. Overall, this Cafe is definitely one of our faves here.

The ladies at the Lewis County dmv were very thankful for their dozen of donuts! They were delicious!! Highly recommend. The taste was so fresh and full of flavor. We will definitely start ordering our treats from this local business.
