Stood there at the register waiting to make an order. Ratchet girl completely ignored me and walked off. I placed the order on the touch screen. It’s fine if these Burger King employees prefer to have no human interaction, but at least put a sign saying register closed or something. Don’t treat customers like they’re invisible when you clearly see them waiting to make an order. I ordered a whopper. The sandwich came loaded down with jalapeños which I did not order. The guy making the sandwich’s needs a new job because he did terrible putting the sandwich together. The mustard goes on the inside of the sandwich, not on top of it or on the side of the wrapper. How hard can it be? I suggest ordering no sauce on the burger and get sauce packets instead so you can put the sandwich together properly with the ingredients contained between the upper and lower bun. It’s complicated apparently. Took 22 minutes to get my food and it was not busy at all. They don’t call out numbers or names so pay attention or else your food will just be sitting there like mine was. I ordered a Hershey pie and it was crumbs. It was weird. Usually it’s together and it’s cold. This one was warm and falling apart. Probably because it was sitting underneath my burger and fries. The fries were dark dark brown and heavily salted. Change the oil and lighten up on the salt. Terrible experience. Poor customer service, poor quialty food, poor cooks. If you want Burger King, I suggest try a different location because they definitely do not have it together at this one. If you don’t want to work fast food, get another job. I spent $22 on that combo and it was disgusting. I had to take the burger apart and put it back together. Overpriced. Should’ve been $2.
