We’ve only been a couple of times so far, but everything we’ve ordered has been solid. The wings are the standout for me — big, meaty, and cooked just right. You can tell they actually pay attention to getting the texture right instead of sending out soggy or overdone wings. The Old Bay wings were an obvious must for us since we’re from Maryland, and they nailed the seasoning. The buffalo wings are just as good, perfectly balanced between heat and flavor.
We also grabbed a burger, and it was legitimately great — juicy, well-seasoned, and not just a filler menu item like a lot of bars serve. And I have to call out their Old Bay Bloody Mary. Fantastic. Easily one of the better ones I’ve had, and the Old Bay rim is exactly what it should be. And of course, oblivious to the Floridians, they have fantastic Orange Crushes, and if you have to ask, you don’t deserve this MD delicacy! Just order it, and thank me later!
Overall, if you want great wings, a strong drink, and a rowdy Ravens crowd that makes you feel right at home, this place is a winner. Highly recommend stopping in, especially on game day — it’s impossible not to have a good time.
If you’re ever in town, and want an amazing Maryland crab cake – look nowhere else! If you love the Ravens and want to watch the game, look nowhere else! (Not that I’m bias or anything hehe… I run the Florida Flock Ravens Group there for every game – they have the game on surround sound, great drink & food specials, and it’s a super fun time!)
You’ll love the servers and bartenders there. They always take such great care of us and everyone else. You’ll enjoy everything you order there too! Really delicious and high quality food!
Some of my favorite dishes are the crunchy grouper tacos, prime rib tacos, seafood skins, peel & eat shrimp & of course, their crab cakes! But trust me, you won’t go wrong with anything you get! I’ve had almost everything on the menu at this point lol! They also have the BEST soups! They change them weekly and they are ALL my favorite!
They host trivia, bingo and musical bingo every week, so there’s always something fun going on – as well as all the football/baseball/golf/hockey games throughout their respective seasons!
Here’s to more years of good times, great food & drinks, meeting friends who become family, and of course supporting local!
It being National Cheeseburger Day, we decided to go here because they serve one of the best burgers around. They are half pound hamburgers with your choice of cheese served on a brioche roll and come with one side. While many restaurants had burger deals today, Kirby’s has an extended special where all burgers are $10. Plus I was able to use my Local Dines coupon on top of that.
Many thanks to our server, Stephanie, who was extremely gracious and accommodating. I was able to add guacamole to my burger even though that’s not a configuration on the menu. She checked back with us frequently to make sure, everything was to our satisfaction. Also, she was happy to answer our various questions.
I almost forgot to add the most important thing: the meal was fabulous. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The french fries was just right as were the sweet potato fries. The dessert was an m&m chocolate brownie sundae that was put together perfectly with brownie fingers and french vanilla ice cream at the right consistency, lots of whipped cream and two spoons.
We will definitely make this a regular dining venue. Plus, if you get a late night craving, the kitchen is open until 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 on Friday and Saturday.
