I bought the $4.99 special on line, picked it up, and when I got home and was ready to eat it, it was dry and charred so badly, I could only try a couple of bites and had to quit. I took it back the next day and was lectured by the rep behind the counter about how it looked that way because it sat out overnight. WHAAAT!?!?!! We went round and round about it until she FINALLY gave in and asked me, begrudgingly, if I wanted a refund. She NEVER offered me an option to make things right at the beginning of our conversation. I had to fight for it.I will NEVER be ordering a pizza from Little Caesars EVER again.

I placed an order for the Aquafina lunch combo at about 12 noon and set a pickup time for 4:00pm. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I wanted to have this order set to be ready when my lunch started. I showed up and discovered that had a 25 pizza order from OIT and that had put everything on hold. Okay great but that’s not my problem.. I placed an order at 12 noon to be picked up by me at 4:00pm. I didn’t get my pizza until almost 4:25.. my lunch was over and I had spent the entire time just waiting for my food that should have been ready already. I was told that walk in orders come first… in what world what does that make any sense at all? The pizza portal is advertised as a way to skip the line.

In need of a serious overhaul. Our 3rd time at this location and all similar experiences with the added bonus of the cashier WALKING OUT while the lobby was full of customers waiting to place and receive their food orders tonight. We had decent crust once, but the other 2 times were so thin it was nearly burnt. Not once was anything “hot and ready”, each time we ordered online and still had to wait 90+mins and tonight we weren’t even given our order.

I have never written a review in my life. I usually don’t care enough, even if food is bad somewhere, but this place is worse than any I have ever been to anytime I come in here. There’s not a single hot and ready pizza. They blame it on ingredients not being delivered on time. But that can’t be the case when I’ve been here five different times and not once has there been a hot and ready pizza there was a night recently when I sent my wife to pick up our food and she waited an hour and then Still didn’t get our pizza. I have been to many other little Caesars in my life who all held themselves to the hot and ready standard. This place is not a hot and ready you might as well take your business to Domino’s or somewhere that’s going to be a pizza worth waiting for.

I ordered from their website around 645pm and it said the one pizza will be ready between 720-725pm. I got there at 730 and was told that it’s in the oven and will be ready soon, it wasn’t ready until 815. It’s ridiculous to wait for close to an hour for fast food. I know one customer never returning doesn’t mean anything, but I won’t be coming back because there are far better options that have the same wait time.

Jazmin had great customer service and was just very sweet in general. My husband and I have not been there in a while do to old employees and the wait. This time food was ready really fast, it was clean and the customer service is a 10/10

Update.
So according to the cashier, there’s a person than can get the pizza cups out and a person that can’t. Tonight’s dinner is brought to us by the person that can’t.
Decent enough to good pizza at a fairly affordable price comparatively. The best deal is the pepperoni, everything else is good but overpriced for what it is.
Wait is unreasonably long, orders are not processed in a timely manner with, from observation, delivery services get priority.

Ordered a half and half pizza but got more like a 70/30 pizza. The wait time was almost an hour even though I ordered ahead. They forgot the 2 sauce cups and when I approached the counter to ask for it I wasnt even acknowledged by the kid at the register until I said excuse me once again and then he finally snapped back ‘yea just a second’. The bell peppers werent cut up very well and it was very sloppy, the food and the service.

Absolutely Infuriating Experience – Never Again!

I am beyond furious with my recent experience at Little Caesars. I placed an online order expecting the usual quick and easy pickup. Instead, I was forced to wait over an hour and a half—yes, 90 minutes—for what should’ve been a simple pizza. And to make matters even worse, after all that waiting, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PIZZA.

There was no apology, no sense of urgency, no accountability—just complete indifference from the staff. How does a company this big completely fail at something as basic as fulfilling a prepaid online order? This wasn’t a complicated request—it was pizza. The whole point of ordering online is to save time, not waste an entire evening standing around like a fool.

This level of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location (or possibly any Little Caesars again), and I’ll make sure to let others know that if they value their time or money, they should look elsewhere.

You’ve lost a customer for good.
