Visited for 1st time in years. We were fortunate it was Saturday evening and not super busy. I got the steak & Mushroom dinner. Wife got chicken & brocolli dinner. Got a side order of brocolli for $2.50. The dinner were reasonably priced. They loaded the container to the top. Plenty of food. Both of us had leftovers. The diet coke was excellent and free refills. The seating at the mall is comfortable. We’ll be back.

I use to stop by here weekly, i liked the food and it was convenient. Now they have a new guy running the register and he has gotten my order wrong twice now and he hasn’t even taken my order the last 3 times now because they are “backed up,” but there’s only 3 or 4 orders ahead of me. It use to be convenient being able to stop by here but it is just not worth the time anymore.

Carolina Mall location. Sadly, it’s gone down hill. The chicken was very dry and overcooked and the carrots were so tough, burnt and gummy. I used to love this place. Hope things get better.

Whoever the curly headed guy running the register is, with a picture of snoop dog smoking a blunt on his shirt, needs to be fired. I love sogos but this guy doesn’t speak, won’t acknowledge any customers waiting to order, and he left a plate of food off our order and all our sauce. His customer service is absolutely non existent, and won’t acknowledge you when you return to the counter to address the problem. Won’t be back to this location for sure

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I placed an order in advance and came to pick it up 10 minutes later, and my food was already prepared and ready. The beef was perfectly cooked very tasty and not dry like at other restaurants where the togo beef is often dry and tough

First time trying a sogo …i figured i would give it a try ..not busy only wait was to cook the food which was pretty quick ..alot of food for the price ..12$ for the chicken and steak combo cant beat it i will defintely be eating here more often .fresh flavorful fast for a great price!and they by far have the best shrimp sauce i have tried from takeout as well!!!

Went in to order around 6:50, no one was up front for 20 minutes to take our order – I thought they were closed. We ordered 3 combos, all with steak. I asked to have my steak cooked a certain way and she told us he doesn’t cook to order like that but she would put it on there just incase. Then I asked for ginger dressing and she said they just ran out and weren’t making any more. The chicken and steak were both wayyy over done. Rice, noodles and veggies were delicious as always. Less than enjoyable experience and really wish I would have just ordered to go from the original Sogo.

The food was good but the fact that the girl with blue hair today (1/6/24) at the counter was very rude on her phone video chatting someone while taking our order and rolling her eyes when asked for refills led me to give the one star review. Will not be back as long as she’s working. If she’s working I’ll go to chick fil a instead where their customer service is much better.
