At their food truck by the cemetery today for Dia de los Muertos
Ordered 2 tacos de asada, 1 agua Chile verde, asada fries, and one glass bottle coke. There were no prices next to the food items on the menu and we were not given a receipt, but the food came out to nearly $50 which I thought was a bit high.
The tacos and salsas could use a bit more seasoning. As well as the fries, thought the fries were a pretty hefty.
I didn’t eat my agua chiles until hours after I left the cemetery. I had to reprepare them because I honestly did not like the way they were made. To each their own but I deveined the shrimp and sliced it in half and added freshly squeezed lemon juice which actually allowed the shrimp to “cook” and change color. I added a bit more seasoning and enjoyed it. Overall, the flavor and spice level were there.

I had the fish ceviche at bier garden. Literally got like 10 pieces of fish the rest was pure tamaro and cucumber. For $18 bucks it was not worth it.
