I like that they have a unique menu with several options!
I got the “Polish”. It didn’t taste like there was cheese with it? (There’s no cheese with the description… but it is listed as a cheesesteak option…)
It tasted more like hash browns (vs. potato pancakes).
Still enjoyed it though. Ingredients felt crisp/fresh.
This pic was a “leftover pic” (so it definitely looked better fresh) — but attaching for reference.
Would order from here again.

We tried the Triple Cheese Philly and the Rodeo Philly. I customized my Rodeo with fried onions and green peppers—so good! I got full from just half the sandwich, and the flavor was absolutely delicious. The cashier was super understanding when I wanted to change my order, which I really appreciated. 10/10 would definitely recommend, and I’ll be going back soon!

This is the second time trying Steve and Irene. We received free hoagie coupons from a fundraiser so we figured we’d try it again. I mean, the picture speaks for itself. There’s no meat, it’s a bread sandwich.

Disappointed Yet Again
Tried giving Steve and Irene’s another shot, hoping things had improved since our last visit — unfortunately, it’s only gotten worse. The sub we ordered was all bread with barely any meat. What little meat there was could only be described as pathetic. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for a hoagie and end up with a glorified loaf of bread.
You’d expect a decent meat-to-bread ratio, especially from a place with a reputation for subs, but this was unacceptable. Steve and Irene’s really needs to reevaluate their portions if they want repeat customers. Sadly, this was our last visit.

Great location for steak sandwiches and even other item’s like chicken strips and wings. The fries are kinda thin, but if you order them with say the taco seasoning and cheese whiz they are good. Every time I’ve ever gotten food here it’s always been fresh and as ordered. Also just as a favorite of mine the fried pickles here are absolutely delicious. So if you’re in the area and in the mood for steak sandwiches and other simple menu item’s I’d highly recommend this location.

Thought we’d give them a second chance today…ordered a roast beef hoagie….they need to rethink the roast beef they put on sandwiches…full brown color..not even a hint of pink like you would expect if sliced at a deli…this was old and dry…will not be back…first time was the same….good bread though

I discovered this place and I’m slowly working my way through the menu, they have some really interesting sandwiches. Huge portions huge flavors and a small price. A winning combination!!! And definitely try one of the fresh in-house soups….

Just up from The Eynon is a place that’s our go-to most weekends. Today, The Jerk Chicken Salad and Western CheeseSteak wrap with an order of mini potato pancakes hit the spot once again. Any CheeseSteak can be made on a wrap and I believe you can request your kind of CheeseSteak. Steve & Irene’s is a must-try for all.

Amazing food and super friendly and helpful staff! Dine in, take your food to go, or order delivery with coworkers!!the wings are to die for, the hoagies are massive (12” or 24”!) the cheese steaks are amazing, they will make any sandwich into a wrap, pizza, salad soup, burgers. Cant go wrong! Prices are great and portions are huge! This local small business definitely deserves your business!
