Food is usually good. Service is absolutely terrible. Not sure if it’s a training issue or management, but almost every worker will just stand there and not acknowledge you as you’re waiting for your order to be taken. When they finally get to you, half of them cannot figure out how to wrap a burrito, or drain the beans prior to soaking the entire tortilla. And although the food is usually good/okay, a good amount of time there is old crusty dried meat sitting in the trays.

So bad. Every time I order from them they never give me chips when every other qdoba does. The lettuce wasn’t even shredded it was huge chunks of it. And somehow they ran out of the cilantro rice?! So bad. Don’t recommend this SPECIFIC qdoba to anyone.

Good food delivered as long as you don’t have a problem with anything. If the order is wrong, they blame the doordash driver. If the store over charges, even if it’s ordered on Qdoba site, they don’t do anything. Don’t waste your time calling the store.

Food was fine. No complaints. But the workers were creepy and unfriendly. One of the guys just stared at us like we were meat. It was very off-putting. The cashier didn’t make eye contact and barked at us our total. It was weird to say the least. But the food was as expected. Nothing spectacular but clean and safe

Very uncomfortable experience. Ordered a bowl with chips, asked for white rice; they were out. Ok fine. Requested pork as my protein, they said they were out. Then they proceeded to say “oh we can use the rest of the pork actually”, and then the employee proceeded to dump all the pork juice and no more than a teaspoon of actual pork onto the rice. Requested lettuce, they were also out. Got to the end, asked for the chips I asked for at the beginning of my order..they were “out”. Not worth the $12+ dollars…

Showed up just before 7 pm on a Sunday night for dinner. We wanted a quick bite. However, that is far from what happened. There were only 4 or 5 people in line ahead of us, so we figured we would be served soon. We saw the main worker in front, and they were taking care of customer in line and all the online orders. It quickly became apparent that the online orders were more important than the customers waiting in line. We waited over 30 minutes to start our order. The worker stated that they were a person short but never apologized for the weight, and he wasn’t even working with intent. We finally saw another worker come from the back, and she took more dishes in the back to wash. Food tasted good but was lacking the meat we ordered, seemed skimpy. There were plenty of other issues that happened this was by far the worst fast food experience I have had. We should have gone to a sit-down restaurant, we would have gotten faster service. Plenty of other people walked out, but we thought since we waited 20 minutes and were next in line, we were in it for the long haul.

Kewan deserves a raise. Exceptional service from Kewan he got me food after having to wait an hour and not get half of my order. The rest thought to focus on other stuff first but Kewan wanted to help the people who were waiting the longest and deserved it. Give Kewan a raise and figure out the other problems.

Came here to use my credits from a previous great customer service experience. However, I wandered into the worst Q’doba experience I’ve ever had. The place was trashed. The gentleman who took our order didn’t seem to know what he was doing, and the guy who took our payment (seemed like he was in charge) was apparently annoyed that we were there. The apparent shift manager was also not wearing a mask.
