Past two orders I’ve went there for were nothing other than fries. The past two orders have been the same issue… BARELY COOKED FRIES!! They are not crispy, they lacked of color, very SOFT. Yesterday they were barely seasoned as well. For $8, I expected MUCH better. Better off going across the street to Penn Station and getting fries that are actually cooked!

There just isn’t a better burger in town. Of COURSE it’s more expensive than fast food, but there is no comparison in terms of quality. Five Guys uses QUALITY ingredients, not the Frankenmeat you’ll get at fast food chains. We had amazing burgers and fries along with great service from a friendly staff. Well worth it. We’ll be back.

I placed an order online, paid, and showed up about 30 minutes before closing. The entire staff was completely rude and behaved as if I ruined their night. I work in food too! If someone orders food, you make it! That is how the business works. I will not come back here the food was disgusting as well.

Amazing customer service at this Five Guys location! This location is located within the Suncrest Town Center in Morgantown, West Virginia. The burgers and fries were delicious. One order of regular fries was enough for two people! We will definitely order from here again!

I usually love getting food here. Only a couple times the fries have been soggy or cold, kinda ruined the flavor a bit but if you’re lucky to eat it hot and fresh then it’s phenomenal!
Sometimes the workers forget the drinks and I have to remind them but it’s understandable when they’re busy. I did order a burger and they forgot to put A1 sauce and jalapeños but that’s the workers fault, not the business. Still a great business and I’m not faulting them for it. Would recommend.

My first time visiting this location and it was worth the drive. They were crazy busy but the food was worth it. I ordered a cheeseburger all the way with Cajun fries . I am really looking forward to coming back again and enjoying some great food.

Online ordering definitely saved me time. However, the food was just terrible. Burgers were soaking wet, falling apart, both buns were like mush. I definitely did not receive hot fries, but rather the bottom of the pile which was cold, and less than the usual amount too. We ate the burgers with fork/knife, but my girlfriend could not eat the buns. Pickup employee was behaving in an extremely rude and discriminatory manner, even giving me a “look” when I was waiting for the order to be complete! Never had an experience like this at Five Guys around the country, and will never come back to this one. The previous time we tried to call ahead and order, we were dealt with in a very rude manner, being told to “just order online man” when online ordering was not working. We went elsewhere but decided to give this another shot. How come these guys have such a high rating? Makes me question if it really was discriminatory, since they knew my name ahead of time. Highly disappointing experience. Waste of money.
