Great place to eat! A lot of different options to choose from. The build your own stir-fry bowl is really good. You have different noodles, proteins and veggies to choose from. I do feel like there is only a limited amount of sauces to choose from though. I would like to see some more spicier options, I enjoy the burn. Having a side of rice with it is a perfect pair. Daughter had the Ramen bowl and she said it was amazing and on-point. Their drink menu also has a lot to choose from. For better flow of things I would like to see being able to take your card to your table and having pens there to fill out once you find a seat as it seems fast paced and rushed at the registers since you pay upfront. Great atmosphere outside and cant wait to see what else comes in the area.

The owner visited with customers, even walked us thru the process of making a bowl. Great selection to make your own bowl. My son said his Spicy chicken ramen bowl was good. Sauces were very flavorful. Staff was nice. I would come here again all the way from Topeka, KS.

Overall a great experience, food was great, staff was awesome. The store is clean and sharp looking. The two biggest detractors for me are, the fried rice, while was clumpy and bland and that it took almost 40 minutes to get our drinks. That said will 100% be back, and soon. Finally a new place in town that’s not just a burger or a steak!

Had the Tasty Bowl ramen, and overall it was really good. This place feels a bit more on the healthier side compared to some ramen spots. The broth has good flavor but isn’t overly salty, which makes it well balanced and something most people can enjoy.

The pork was grilled well and had great flavor. I do wish there had been a little more of it, but the portion overall was still fair for the bowl size.

My wife ordered the Chicken Tonkotsu ramen, and the chicken was very soft, juicy, and nicely grilled. They were generous with the chicken portion, so there was plenty of protein in her bowl. Like the pork ramen, the broth had good flavor without being too salty.

One thing to know about this place is that you can customize many items on the menu. They also offer build-your-own stir-fry bowls, where you choose your ingredients and combinations. Since it was my first visit, I didn’t try that option because there were a lot of choices and I wasn’t sure what combination I would like. Next time I’ll probably experiment and try creating my own stir-fry bowl.

The only topping I wish they offered was ramen eggs. I tried ordering one, but it’s currently not an option in the ramen toppings and it isn’t included with the bowls either. Hopefully they consider adding it in the future because it would be a great addition to their ramen.

Prices are reasonable for this type of restaurant. For two ramen bowls, a side of steamed rice, and a Mr. Matcha boba, we spent about $45, which felt fair considering the portions and quality.

The Mr. Matcha boba was very good. The matcha flavor was strong, which I liked, but I personally would have preferred it a bit sweeter. The cup itself was also really cute and larger than expected, and it seems like there is only one size. It’s a sturdy cup that you could definitely reuse at home if you wanted to. I think they have a bigger size but no to sure.

Overall, I’m really glad a place like this exists in Kearney. The restaurant itself is large, clean, and well organized with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is nicer than you might expect from a ramen, boba tea, and stir-fry spot. It actually reminds me a little of the layout style of Chipotle.

The view outside is beautiful, and they also have outdoor seating, which will be great during summer evenings.

Looking forward to coming back and trying different ramen combinations.
